There are two of titans building in the Chinese Server.
Think we will see them after 3-4 months.

(They can fly it but cannot use the XL turrent yet)
the way POS work might change will change as some system have 80+ which couse LAG
PS T2 MODs in Chinese Server is 10 times price then here.

I find this strange seeing the period of time it take to fly one, not to mention the time it takes to get the skills, the money, the resources, the manpower etc etc to even build one in safe areas?? We are not just speaking about the pricetag of over 100 billion isk, and their server is almost not out of beta! Actually, they told us at the fanfest that the Chinese server where on the stage where TQ where in 2003!! So somehow I find this strange for many reasons indeed.. 
the manpower over comes all....titan just worth 70bn as i know, the mods BPO are cheap can buy many copys.

It's not but seems the GM there just don't wanna do better work. As it will cause big problems.
No "players" will be interested to spend thier time mining.
I will suggest CCP desine some stuff which can be build and mine as what pos did.
