Is there a way to do this? If we look it from a RPG aspect, possibly call it an in-family trade.
I know money can be transfered, and with the help of a friend you can trade anything(ofcourse).
Ofcourse one could always move both alts to the same station and sell stuff from one to another with the prize of 1 isk but that's kinda risky. Someone just -might- get into the legout/login timeglitch

Eject it somewhere in space, maybe at moon or something and pick it up with your alt.

Set a courier mission for your alt is also a possibility.
(Takes a while to load, tho)

I use a courier mission with a specified name of my alt. (0 reward and 0 collateral) Then switch immediately and accept the mission. Not had a porblem, so far.

And they say IF-trading is easy
Secure containers are an option too i guess...but they need anchoring?(IIRC)

If you want to do it thru the market, you should set a buy order of 1 isk (rather than a sell order) on the stuff you want to move. Less risk, and if someone really wants to sell you the stuff for 1 isk, then...no harm done ;)
I don't know if this works since I don't have any alts to try it with :)

That's fine for standard stuff and ammo. But since looted items cannot be traded in this way (Black Market Anyone?) it seems couriering with a specific name or secure containers are the way to do this.
