You'll kill the rats fine. What you won't d is: 1) clear it quickly, 2) be able to break the tank of the end-site station (provided there is a station). The Serpentis 10/10 station requires ~1000 DPS to break the tank, and it'll take 15+ minutes to do it.

Take down tower go loot while you kill frigs tha web and scram. loot warp off . let em saying that this cant be soloed on tengu (Take at least 3% implants that will increase misilles dps. Mine has 710 total dps ) 2 - 4 mazes drop will cover you the cost of the ship. You can easy make a travel fit + depot to travel safe. Take care Nice 2B isk Tengu that does it slower than many other ships. Efficiency, baby... that's what it's all about. A less blingy Tengu is more than capable of surviving the site. That's not the issue. The real concern is getting things killed fast... a Tengu, no matter the fit, is not the way to do that.
