That's a good setup. I prefer to add an expl hardener and put a rep in the trunk for after the battle though. Alternatively, here's a tank setup that I like to use on occasion. 3x 150s, medium energy neut, medium nos ab, scram, cap booster w/800s 2x med reps, rcuII, damage control hammerheads and warriors It's funny when someone takes you down and then you turn on the reps and rep half your armor.

You'll drain cap at about the same rate as 5x nos but still be able to shoot and you'll be able to make up for using your own energy to drain with the booster. Its not necessarily superior, its just different and may through someone off guard (losing cap AND shield/armor fast both at the same time WILL scare people).
