I apologize in advance for the lack of specificity here, IE screenshots and such. At this point, I'm just looking to get a rough idea of where I should start. As such, I'll throw some highlights out, but since I'm not sure how to take and post screenshots, I'm not going to spend two hours working on it for this informational session.
While this character is capable of flying a Titan, I haven't invested 4.5 billion into a Titan skillbook. No sense spending the ISK without a Titan waiting, neh? Here's some highlights.

-I've got quite a lot of L4 skills in spaceship command that I haven't listed - HACs, BCs, L5 frigate and cruiser skills, but those aren't headline news for anyone.

-Most of the smaller skills are at L4 or L5. There's a long list of L5 skills here. =p
I have the support skills to fly all the ships above too -- Tech2 drones, most gunnery specializations maxed, Shield proficiencies, Mechanic skills at L4 or L5 (mostly L5).
Ah...before I forget: Navigation skills:
Evasive Maneuvering L5
Fuel Conservation L4
High Speed Maneuvering L4
Jump Drive Calibration L4
Jump Drive Operation L5
Jump Fuel Conservation L4
(the rest of the skills are there too, but for 51 million SP, that's expected)
Learning skills are all at a minimum of Rank 3 L4. Focus and Clarity are at L5.
Attributes:
Intelligence: 23
Perception: 25
Charisma: 14
Willpower: 19
Memory: 24
This character doesn't have any industry or mining skills worth noting -- its 51 million SP of PvP skills.
If the consensus is that this post is stupid because there aren't screenshots, I'll figure something out. Assets can be...whatever. Lets presume nothing for now, but he can come with an outfitted Archon, Revelation, and a veritable fleet out outfitted Tech2 / Tech1 ships from interceptors to HACs to covert ops to stealth bombers. If I had an Aeon or an Avatar, that could go in there too. =p

hit thr PRNT SCRN [print screen] button on your keyboard while your ingame then browse to your eve folder and look for the screenshot folder and voila 1 screenshot ready to host on www.imageshack.us or something similar just post link here and people will see if your right nor not.

You know, I've been wondering. :( Is it that no one is interested? That 54 million SP is intimidating? I mean come on! He has L5 in every battleship. L5 in both Amarr Dread and Carrier. The only thing he CAN'T fly are command ships and recon ships. Falzone in his Tempest is a truly intimidating sight! Where's the love? *cry*

Considering for how much other skilled characters like yours got sold,
during the last months, i would say you can sell it for
around 24 bils (more or less), not only depending on what ships you are
willing to sell it with,but also on how you will handle the auction,
since skilled character auctions are quite difficult to run,
if you are looking to get as much as possible.
If it comes to an auction, i would suggest you to hide the
the buyout, even if some serious bidders would strongly advice you
not to, because, even if you don't, you will receive most of the offers you are looking for in-game, not on forum, so wihtout a known buyout you might get offered more.

Yes, HAC 3 and Medium Pulse 2. =p Those are short skills. Compared to Carrier V, Dreadnought V, Capital Ships V, Minmatar Battleship V, Caldari Battleship V, Amarr Battleship V, and all the gunnery skills.
With all those 40-90 day skills at L5, you're fussing because a a couple of couple-day skills aren't at L5? =p

Some more missile skills is really important as well since the naglfar is dependent on missiles
but, u can get a higher price then what i sugested, but as i said, u are lacking some important skills that would have given u a lot higher price.
Oh, btw, training hac to a higher level wouldnt be a bad idea either

Well, since u have minni dread as a skill there i would say that those missile skills are important anyhow
and since u allso got caldari bs 5 i would say that those shield skills still are needed

There isn't too much precedent for characters like this being sold. The typically character goes for something like 100-200m per million sp, with specialized characters and capital ship capable characters fetching higher prices.
I'd say your character should fetch 10b at the very low end, with ~20b being more likely. However, everyone (myself included) is pretty much just guessing since there isn't much price history to look back on.

Caldari BS 5 is just because. Minnie Dread isn't trained to L5, Amarr Dread is. And you stick big freakin' lasers on those, not missiles. =p
Falzone isn't meant to be a Caldari battleship pilot, which is why he has a lot more SP in Gunnery than he does in missile skills. If you want to fly a Caldari ship, get a Caldari specced toon. =p He's got enough missile and support skills to be a good Raven/whatever pilot, but that's not what I've made him good at.

It says Titan pilot yet I can't seem to find that this character has the Titan piloting skill. Which will ofcourse imo make the character value less.
Sure he's a decent Capital ship pilot but don't see any Large Energy Wpn Specialization weapon skills either since he's nasty Amarr pilot.
I'll say about 15-20bill is fair price. with Titan skill upto 25bill then since the skill cost an immense sum of money. :)

Now what would be the point of getting one of the Titan skills if you don't have a Titan to fly? The point is that he's met all the prerequisites. =)
As for the Energy Turret skill -- look again. Capital Energy Turrets is at L4. If you were talking about Large, that's at L5.

sry I looked over and over again I couldn't find either large Beam or Pulse Spec. That's my point and when you post Titan pilot I expect that he can fly titan not ready to train a skill. If he has the pre reqs telll it don't make poeple belive he's able. That's misleading.

Characters like this are an interesting beast, simply because there's very little precedence for them, and the problem is that is has a lot of skillpoints in "Useless" skills. Caldari and Minmatar BS V are both nice, but not worth much when compared to how astounding of an archon/aeon/revelation/avatar pilot he is. He's a little rough around the edges in the drone department, but nothing that a week or so of training couldn't solve. The problem isn't with how the character was trained, but in that it looks like you just ran out of things to specialize in. You'd probably get a bit more if you gave it a tad more variety, like training recons or another race to Cruiser V. All in all I'd say you could get 15b pretty easy, with an upper bound being around 25b

Bushido, you're exactly on target. I finished Dread V, then Carrier V, then went back and polished up Jump skills in navigation. Then I sat there trying to figure out what to train next. And sat there. Taking fighters, the calibration skills, or anything affecting a small refinement on my capital ships from L4 to 5 would be a 45+ day investment. So I started training some other things just because.
I'd contend that nothing here is "wasted." His drone skills aren't meant for him to get into a Dominix and become a drone boat. On a carrier, he's got the skills to drop sentries or light drones to take care of the nuisances, and fighters for the big dogs. And his Caldari skills are enough to make him a decent Raven pilot should anyone want to take up mission running. I try to think of him as being an awesome Dread / Carrier / Mothership pilot, with the capability to adequately do anything else that he wants. Right now I'm training him for salvage. =p
