I have two characters that were set blue to my alliance that are now not blue. Nobody who can set them back up is online unfortunately, but I wondered if others may need to be made aware of this issue, if it is a thing and my alliance leadership isn't trying to get my toons killed by our own guys :D I can now confirm that all standings from alliances to individuals appear to have been reset. This does not appear to be the case. Could you please check with your alliance leaders whether they have been removing contacts? |

Natya Mebelle wrote:I forgot I should have written it in this topic, my bad;
Character customization:
Clicking next step, towards portrait mode. Open lights, hover the section. The popup for the 7 secondary light sources and the brightness slider is gone. This did not happen in Mosaic. Maybe it happened in a hotfix in the last week of May, or introduced in a hotfix since 2nd June, but at any rate, this bug is here now and it is very annoying.
If we can't play ship icons, then please at least let us tinker with our actual characters in the editor properly :c This is working fine for me. If you are still able to reproduce this error, please do so and then immediately afterwards file an in-game bug report. This will give us your client logs which will hopefully shed some light! |

I figured it out what causes this: It seems to have something to do with the shaders you changed in this update. Because now, somehow, the "Shader quality" in the graphic options on the right column affects the character quality as well. This was not the case before. If you turn "Shader Quality" to "low", it looks the same as if you would select the checkbox "Low quality Characters" in the middle column. In both cases, you lose the option to choose one of the seven sub-lights and brightness. I have never selected this checkbox until now for testing purposes and always had character texture quality set to high. Since I never touched my other graphic settings, this sounds like a problem of this patch. Shader on LowShader on medium or highSo please, disconnect the "low" setting of "Shader quality" from character quality and creation. Thank you c: It works on high and medium, the latter which I currently use until this issue is resolved. Thanks for that! I've passed the issue onto the appropriate team |

We are deploying a tracking camera fix during today's downtime that will hopefully sort out all the issues introduced in 1.4. Please file fresh bug reports if you still see tracking camera issues after today's downtime. Including videos (or links to videos) in the bug reports would save us a lot of time as well.
Regarding the overview icons, watch out for a relevant announcement/dev blog very soon.
Thanks! |
