Congrats Dr Caymus !
Looks like you've almost run out of Science and Industry skills to train.

Rough estimate, 4 days ago he had 69.7mil SP, today he has 70mil, 300k SP / 4 days = 75k / day
100mil - 70mil = 30mil
30 000 000 / 75 000 = 400 days = 1 year 1 month 5 days
This is just a rough calculation just to give a idea. ___________________________________ BIG member :: inEVE.net Skills Showroom |

Nah, 75k / day = 2.2m / month, nobody, not even the new bloodlines, can train that much / month
He's most likely between 60 and 65k / day, which is still a lot

Thanks, guys! 500 days to 100 million is probably a pretty good estimate. Maybe a little sooner with timely skill-switching and continued focus on Science and Industry, but I do occasionally miss a little time between skills, and I may train a few things outside of Sci/Ind between now and then (leaders in Spaceship Command and Gunnery need not worry ).

I lol'd so hard when I looked at his distribution
less that 5,000 in gunnery and less than 400,000 in spaceship command.
Talk about a seriously specialized character.
Congrats!

I look at Dr Caymus skillsheet and I can't help but wonder what he is trying to do. He has large amounts of SP in Industry/Science but why does he have certain areas like Electronics trained when he can barely use any ships?

Because they also use his highest atributes, just in the reverse order(Intel primary atribute/Memory secondary atribute...

digi is right...I'm a builder as much as anything, and they haven't given those of us in the manufacturing profession a whole lot of skills to train. So when I max out my manufacturing skills, I pursue my maximum skill point goal by training other skills that call for my strongest attributes. Some of the skills may appear to be fragmented right now, but all of the extracurricular training is potentially useful at some point. As Dave points out, the Electronics skills are probably the least useful to me at this time.
Right now, I'm back to my core, developing the Cosmos skills ahead of Kali. "Invention" (I don't like the use of the term in this context. "Duplication" would be more accurate) represents a possible incremental profit opportunity to our corp. We have a substantial inventory of research points, so I want to be prepared here.
That pretty much sums it up. I'm maxed out in all of the manufacturing skills that I use and I'm maxed out in all of the research fields that I use, so additional training is focused on what the future may bring
P.S. The top clone isn't that bad...only about 34 million ISK...certainly not worth giving up an arm, leg or other appendage for And I know the point difference is neglibible...I will try harder going forward, Trip

Congrats mate (though it makes me a lil less proud of my -just reached- 23mil).
As for the clone's cost, something tells me it costs much much more than 34mil isk..... You got full +5 set or just 'cheap' +4?

Heh, judging by how much SP he has and what it is in, I would say that the good Dr is in no dire need of isk, and that +5 implants arent much of a strech for him.
