Here's the ticket I made.

I've left for military exercice on April 22nd 2015, and came back June 1st 2015.
My game time ran out around May 6th I believe. My last login was on April 21st and I had my training list fully done to go well beyond my return window from exercice.
Now why I say this. There happens to be a problem with my skills.
On my skill history it says that on april 21st I finished Science IV, but the next one is Thermodinamics I which trained on MAY 25th!!! more than a month LATER!
Keep in mind that my account ran out around May 6th and was reactivated only today on June 2nd!! so there's no way I could've logged on on may 25th (during my exercice away from my home with no computer) to start training my queue again only on the 25th.
So during that time, from april 21st to may 25th, my skills just didn't train.
I have the application "NeoCOM" on my Iphone. I kept track on my skill list through my whole exercice and to my addiction to EVE online. Until I reactivated my account today, the application, which was linked to my EVE API KEY, said that all these skills were completed:
-cloaking IV
-Electronics upgrades 4 and 5
-Long range targeting 3-4-5
-Signature Analysis 4-5
-Minmatar Destroyer 4
Including the ones that were done through out the end of may to now. Yet my skill training right now is Cloaking IV, which was supposed to be done long time ago.
So from april 21st to May 25th no skills have trained even though my list was all set for the month I was going away.
I'm at a lost and hope that I can get my skills trained like they are supposed to be.

It happened to an alt of mine. Something in bulk cache occasionally eats skill points from where they were to... I dunno where nommed SPs go. A skill stuck on Completing then went to negative numbers to regain not only the level I'd just completed, but the level before. So a 4 just finished went to a 2 with a debt to repay. Best suggestion I can offer, delete bulk cache, hope to Hek your repair.exe is one that still works, and start a Support Ticket for the missing SPs. Be persistent on that Ticket, won't go further than that or face a Ban Smak myself. Lots of screen shots and time stamps are your buddy for a SP refund request.

i tried the bulk cache but it did nothing. didn't expect it to anyhow.
I've sent the ticket with the screenshot above... I guess the rest they can see through their logs that I did not connect before the 21st and today. so lets hope they will accept to fix it... or i've lost a couple of weeks worth or skills. |

Clearing bulk cache doesn't fix it unfortunately. It just keeps it from happening again and/or getting worse. Sorry I wasn't completely clear on that.
Yeah, screenshots timestamps login records and account active/inactive info is your best chance.

That is your problem right there. If your account is not subscribed, you get 3 days of skill training, no more.
API might still show that you're training, but you actually aren't. |

I think you missed a step here... no skills were trained from April 21st to May 6th when my sub ran out...
and it restarted on the may 25th by itself when I wasn't able to log in? and trained until june 2nd without anymore problem? that's more than 3 days my friend |

Well, the skills you trained from April 21st - the end of your subscription had their end dates messed up, probably due to your unsubbing/resubbing, so they now show as as trained between 25th-2nd. Wait until someone responds to your ticket, but your account probably expired sooner than the 6th.
Edit: check https://secure.eveonline.com/SubscriptionInfo.aspx to see when the account might've expired. |

Email recieved on my account's email on april 25 to give me notice that my account would expire in 20hours. so on April 26 is when my account expire.
I understand what you are saying, and I will wait patiently for an admin to answer me on my ticket.
but from what I see right now my skills still stopped training on the 21st. IF your skills stop training when your account run out then it should've stopped on the 25th.. if you check correctly it takes less than 4 days to train Thermodynamics I which should have started on the 21st and ended almost right away.
and it doesn't explain why on MAY 25th my queue restarted for no reason. No way the game could've known that I would resub 8 days later.
I ran in all through my head and if the answer really is no sub no skill training it doesn't make sense with the info I have before me. |

Well then everything checks out. 5days left on sub, +3 free ones = 8 days of skill training. The date of completion is just glitched, because you didn't log in between 21st - 26th when the account expired, but that doesn't really matter. |
