Anyway I think that this whole farming and especially havin BIG out of game guilds ruins the game... On TQ most corps and alliances were created by people who know each other from game not from real world... Haveing such two big out of game guilds results in stagnation, as those alliances created by guilds will not disband nor collapse... And in my oppinion the constantly changing political situation, falling of some alliances/corporations and rissing of others is best what eve has to offer...

yes, T2 already seeded, as all maga corps have like 20+ Pro scientistes account working for 5 * Lv4 agents. and most such account will have more than 1 char doing that, maybe 3 now i guess if they do it from the first day.
As far as I know my corp have 20 T2 BPOs.
The T2 BPOs have not include any Cruiser lever nor Bs Lv stuff yet.
If this isn't a shining example of how broken the lottery system is, then well I don't know what to say.
