Over the past months and due to some issues ccp partially caused, pirating has taken a turn for the worse. Despite the fact that many tatics are considerd somewhat lame ccp does not call them "exploits" so they are continued to be used .
However members of our corporation while they may be pirates promise the world of eve we shall not use these types of lame tatics. We also will gladly support any anti-pirate corporations whishing to help us in our common goal of ending those types of lame tatics.
Our members are not affriad of a fair fight and i promise the people of eve that we shall abide to a few common courtesys.
1) We will not camp JIPs.
2) We shall not kill defensless miners without giving them the oppertunity to prepare for combat.
3) We will allow people the oppertunity to pay toll for gate access if and when we lock down a system.
4) We shall not use underhanded lag tatics like using 500 mines or minning drones for the sake of creating lag to kill people.
5) Above all else we shall do our best to give anyone who wishes to give us a fair fight a fight  .
You can believe us or not but i gurantee you we will stand stead fast to our principles. We are not here to "greif" we are here to play our role and have fun.

Well stated Zarthan. PAK corp was formerly NPC hunters / loot dealers. Now (as of the past week) we have turned toward piracy to ease our need for PvP. And we too have dedicated ourselves to bringing a name to the classic style pirate that has been shrouded by the pod-all griefers. Like you, we will not camp jump-ins (until they fix it so the client loads first to give people a fair chance to run), we will not intentionally cause lag, and in all cases neutrals will be locked down for a toll, not destruction. We're not interested in corpse count, we're here to have fun and like Zarthan said, we're up for any fair fight.

Is Soren one of you? He attacked a 2 day old newb in frigate. We had to destroy his bs after that! Fortunately the newb survived.

That had to have been 2-3 weeks ago. He was playin on his own for a while, before we decided as a corp what we were going to be doing.

funny thing
1) We will not camp JIPs. (I do that, closed to jumpin camping is when I jump 5 sec ahead of a ship to get them)
2) We shall not kill defensless miners without giving them the oppertunity to prepare for combat. (they have 10 sec to warp out, should have paid more attention)
3) We will allow people the oppertunity to pay toll for gate access if and when we lock down a system.(I ignor convos, they always end up being five mins of them cursing at me till I igg them)

5) Above all else we shall do our best to give anyone who wishes to give us a fair fight a fight .(please, they wont fair fight, everyperson cept maybe two people have A. showed in a cruiser or battleship, B. had frields in a cruiser or battleship and tryied to warp jam me for the other to kill)
Trust me, more the people whining about how bad pirates are
they the same ones that will call you "noob" or "wannabe pirate" when you try to have some standerds
so dont bother trying to be nice, just hold to your own code and remember, some people you cant show any kindness to

Don't get me wrong i perfectly understand that some people feel ccp has forced the issue of JIP camping. I however do have to disagree it's the only way to go, it's just the easiest at the moment. As far as the miners go that is a courtesy for now, merely giving them a chance to re arm for combat and give them a fighting chance which is what were looking for.
However, while i may extend these courtesys anyone who trys to take advantage of it will be placed on our KOS list, and be given no such "nice" treatment in the future. So unless you want to get blasted on sight you have to play by the rules .
IMO that's as fair as the role of a pirate should be in this game. Dont exploit the game mechanics flaws and anyone who attempts to take advantage of your good will has revoked that right and if they ***** about it they are a hypocrite.

6) We shall strive to use correct grammar, flawless spelling and adequate diction at all times. This includes, but is not limited to knowing the difference between "their" and "they¦re" and being able to spell the word "grief".

Zurkoo this is a forum not an English class. If people can understand what I type and I do not waste 30 min going over the grammar and spelling then great. Now if you have something to add to the post that's just fine. However, if you do not then why don't you find something better to do.
By the way grammar and spelling is 100% in the post

very interesting indeed. i have thought about this very concept since beta..and im glad to see a corp actually doing it. yes there is such a thing a honorable pirates. its not that hard to be polite when you rob someone, is it?
