I had 2 quick questions.
1. Is the sec status hit the same in any system? 1.0 - .01 or more severe the higher the sec status of the system? As in do you get hit worse in 1.0 than 0.5?
2. Is there a limit to the number of times you can kill someone in secure space a la suicide style? Could I grab a hundred pack of blasters and wreck havoc on noobs in a noobie ship? What falls under griefing?

1. No the sec hit is always the same, the actual amount it drops only depends on your current sec status.
2. There is no limit, as long as you are dying to concord it can't be considered griefing. If you are making newbies can flag to you then that might be considered griefing, but I doubt any action would be taken.

wrong just because you die to concord or anyone dosenot make it no greif
greifing is repedidly killing someone for no gain other that ****ing them off/make them leave purpously

How can repeadly killing somone for no gain be griefing and an exploit? this is eve this is pvp.
The person can do things to stop u killing him ie move to high sec, join a corp than can protect him, move far away preferably to 0.0, fight back the list goes on.
anyway even if u gain nothing else u gain a killmail so no fights it for nothing. and if it is an exploit just pick up his cans badaboom its not for no gain.
if i had somone say really **** me off id kill him at every opertunity i could. will this get me banned? i dont think so!
If he doent like it and leaves the game it prob wasent the game for him tbh. better off in wow or somthing more friendly.(i think theres a golf mmorpg out there go try that not much chance of dying in thet lol).
