I think it was pointed out that only about 8 battleships were lost in the nodecrash. If people like the ships that died trying to race to the station way after the crash gets their ship back then meh...

I know how many ships you ganked at the SS from your KB, and whether it was 1, 8 or 80 it does not change the fact that it was a lame stunt to pull but its not the first time you have done it and I doubt it will be the last so, you know, meh....

It seems with the jump queues and so on, that Titan jump portals are now the only way to get to big fleets into the same system so they can go Toe-to-Toe. PS i have no idea who "Ascend Alt" is but maybe if we all just ignore him he will go away... I can assure you he doesn't speak for me.

You are seriously going to petion your loss because of lag? Doesn't it occur to you that if other people had "manageable" lag in the same fight that maybe the issue is not at CCP's end? Do you honeslty think CCP should reimburse you? If I get reimbursed, it was a valid petition. So far I've never been refused reimbursement out of 4 BS and 1 ceptor. And if no modules activate for 2 minutes, yes I call that grounds for a petition. But I guess it does explain why you win engagements aside from the TS spies.

Correct, it was definitely server lag, and I'll have a FRAPS of it in a later movie so other people can see for themselves. Good fight anyway, I came away with smoke leaking out of my hull , lots of fun and kudos for sticking in to a pretty evenly balanced slugfest BoB: When we have fleet battles, our killboard crashes
