While it is true EVE has the potenial to become a great game it is becomming even more apparent which each new bug, exploit, nerf, imbalance that CCP is lacking the skills and manpower to do this great game the justice it deserves.
There comes a time when you have to realise that it takes a professional developement team to run a game of this magnitude.
Bull**** such as "i was not aware of this" even tho many months previous "it will be fixed soon" and now "its working fine, its the players that are wrong" Is just not acceptable for a pay to play game. Why should the players be forced to pay for your beta testing?
Having played EQ for many years I understand problems will happen and there is no avoiding it. What is important is communication, hell pay for a translator if most of you cant speak english Its the players that make this game what it is! If you continue to ingore them, you'll be back to building Igloo's in no time and the great game that was once known as EVE will be no more.
There is nothing wrong with admitting defeat, but do you really have to take EVE down with you? Please save this game, sell it to a professional design team who can achieve what they promise. Hell sell it to Sony Online Entertainment if you cant find any other buyers. As much as i hate to say it, even they could do a better job!!

Well with the lack of a rants and flames board what choice do i have?
If they put as much effort into fixing the game they keep breaking as they do in waving the iron fist on these boards EVE may actually be something near what is described on the box. |

You != game developer.
Building an MMORPG is as complex as programming gets, they are making progress, and its not their fault that they're not fixing things fast enough to suit you. I guarantee that you haven't a clue what challenges they face and I guarantee also that whiny posts like this one will not help them or anyone else in the slightest.

P.s....you really think that Icelanders live in Igloos....
Suggest you try to use some other things about Iceland than you are using to make it sting....since those comments are actually hillarious to the average Icelander and couldn't be farther from the truth...
Might wannt to try CIA factbook for some info on the country before ranting like that....

um, its a MMORG u guys just dont understand how complex it is. Crikey give them a break, they are doing the best they can and u bloody flaming them is going to do nooo good. The coding in this game is amazing, its a miracle its got this far. If u think its buggy now wait till tech level II....

No one is forcing anyone to do anything.
To everyone that is so very unhappy about the game, here is one suggestion.
If you really hate the game that much...stop complaining, stop paying, find another game to complain about.
