Do they lack that much consideration that they won't even put a note on this forum to inform us of their findings?
I mean, come on? No dev or GM can take 2 minutes to post a note saying, server trouble blah blah blah, no ETR, blah blah, we'll be back soon, stay posted for updates?
Get on with it!?

I would call a faulty powersupply on a server for a technical problem, wouldn't you?

Where does it say that London had a power outage? They write "power supply" as in the thing in a computer, not "power outage".. the London-part is just where the servers are situated...
