I'm not saying they won't ever add more Geckos, but I don't think Karkur would've dropped the like that and in context (awful Twitch chat) it doesn't read like she was hinting at more Geckos on the horizon.

Gnosis it's supposed to be limited but then they seeded bpc's. |

with ammount currently on free sale it's very doubtfull how soon those turn to collector's item |

Price will gradually increase as supply dwindles then immediately crash when they are given out as a Christmas gift or their BPC's start popping up in Data sites.
Of course the only way to tell this has happened will be a month before when all of CCP's pets get the heads up before you and dump all their stock onto market. |

You still see them occasionally on 1337 Pee vee Pee Ishtars and VNIs. For ratting, I'd just run with faction heavies or T2; will Geckos speed up a site THAT much that it's 'acceptable' to lose them occasionally?
ProTip: Geckos are equally sensitive to all forms of racial ECM modules with a 22.5 sensor strength across the board. A moderately skilled Griffin should be able to knock them out of commission (and face it, better to jam the Gecko than the drone boat). Tracking Disruption also wrecks a Gecko's DPS output.

I use Geckos in my Rattlesnakes for level 4 hisec missions.
I've got a very large stack of them.
Regardless of the market price, I wanted to ensure I had a supply for many years to come.
If they are released again, It won't matter to me. I'm not collecting them as an investment. |
