Someone mentioned an Eve online toolkit to assist with forum sigs, banners and frap editing, anyone know where it is or if it exists??? I can't find it for the life of me.

For forum sigs, its called Paint and the GIMP (free) or Photoshop (not free).
For FRAPS editing, its called Windows Movie Maker (crap, free), Cinelerra (better, free), or Premiere Pro (not free).
Don't think there's any "EVE toolkit" for this.

Thats what I mean, I'm not looking for programs, I have and use those, a kit that allows you to use the fonts and some type of templates in eve, something like that, supposedly there is one, somewhere.

Edit, here is a "Toolkit" that you can use to extract the models from the game:
Toolkit
On the left side, click "EVE Ship Models" to show you how to use the programs
