Seriously, I get the "We were ganked" screen more often than I can connect. I even copied this into my clipboard cause it's like a 1 in 3 chance this post will be ganked.

They have to be aware of the problem. Not sure why they allow it to persist. Maybe as a general deterrent to keep too many trolls, complainers and users away so that their moderation team can cope? 
4x ganked and 1x "You can't post in the next 0 seconds"

What's really funny is that my post that made it through was ganked too, I almost posted it again but had to come back in from the main forum page and saw that it'd made it through. |

if you get the ganked message less than 5 times id keep quiet as you must be 1 of the privileged ones......8, 9 even 10 times in a row is nothing atm. |

One of the last things Zymurgist posted was to bug report ganks with the server ID listed at the bottom of the page so they know what to look at.
The bottom part that looks like this "Copyright -¬ CCP 1997-2011 Version 1.0.3.33 | SRV #A353D7DB"
SRV #A353D7DB being the server ID you are currently connected to. |
