It has level 5 in every possible skills useful for a dread. All armor 5 All drone 4 All gunnery 5 All engineering 5 All navigation 5 (excluding AB/MWD) Amarr dread 5, Capital laser 5 All targeting 5 with advanced target management 4 T2 siege 24 days from Archon, 27 from other carriers.
