Shouldn't there be an active effort that encourages the use of faction frigates? Seriously. How are these thing ever going to be used if they just don't compete.

showing Calibration 200 with 3 rigging slots. We all know the the calibration is not finalized yet. But please give players a good **** reason to use these things. They are rare and should be rare for a reason; they should kick ass!
I want to be playing and see or hear people freak out when they encounter a faction piloted ship regardles of the type. Not everyone wants a carrier or a titan. 
If they are not going to recieve a decent adjustment - allow three tech II riggings with ease - at least allow for copies to be made from the BPCs.
i would be fine if the faction BPC's were made into BPOs if someone lacks the balls to give them a serious rigging allowment that surpasses standard and assault frigats.
p.s. Please don't make faction ships plentiful in kali unless existing BPC's are turned in BPOs.

I kind of like my ludicrously fast Daredevil with 3 mids to tackle with and infinately sustainable MWD. Then again it could do that before the patch.

My personal favorite is the Dramiel, which has 5 highs, gun bonuses....and 2 turret hardpoints and 3 missile hardpoints 
Yeah they need a bit of work.

yep, guess what they fly.
Jokes aside I would like to see a good reason to actually take these out of the hangar. Don't even need t2 resists, bonuses, etc, but a slight bonus to rigs would be nice. Then again they're supposed to be collectors' items, so I wouldn't want them to become too useful.
