Ladies and Gentlemen, This post is by no means meant as a dig, or to entice any flaming. Our previous employer asked we post our statistics for the duration of the contract, so here they are:
177 kills - 16 Losses Damage compiled 7billion,663 million Damage recieved 380 million **These stats are based on our killboards estimates and are quite inaccurate, it is meant as a guide. For example, A Faction fit Vindicator we killed only counts as 35 million in damage, so you can imagine the actual damage accomplished. Other highlights would include 3 freighters and a carrier. These statistics do not include bobs friends such as Light + Dark, British Space Corporation and Fix.
As everyone's aware, bob's attention is focused in the south, so other than a handful of fights i can count on one hand, most of the other kills were ganks. I'm sure the numbers would have been a lot more even had bob been at home defending. I'd like to take this time to thank bob for the few good fights we did have. I hope it has opened your eyes to the fact there are always better pilots out there, and size isn't everything.
Contact Mitchman or Noobjuice for pricing and details.

If BoB had been at home, ganks would probably occur ofcourse, but then you would have faced the same problem Burn Eden did, nummericaly superior force around the clock. Anyway, challenge is allways good :) HF ----------------------

I had my first PvP fight against HZub so I've always had a soft spot for CoC. It's good to see you guys still doing your thing and doing it VERY well as Omnor.

Any monkey can go and gank carebears, which is 95% of what you'll find in Delve right now.
The stats posted by Noobjuice are respectable but to imply that they single handedly took on the best BoB has to offer and owned them is a little irresponsible, don't you think?

in an even fight the stats would be the same if not more in favour of omnor, the reason bob are so deadly as an alliance is their mass of good pvpers, omnor are a small corp of excellent pvpers. In even fights they would win imo.

I could say it is irresponsible of you to say that you could prove his fact wrong even if you were at home. Due to the fact you would outnumber them so completely that they still wouldn't get any fights and would be forced to roam and gank the odd lone pilot anyway.

How were they fitted, how were you fitted. Fleet vs gank setups? (For those playing the home game, fleets set for long range, and possibly rely on support for their jamming).
Perhaps you're better. Your prose suggests you're very arrogant. Dianabolics point is valid. The alliance PVP tourney is an 'even' ground for contestation. Catching someone with their trousers down and spanking them for it != better.
Like the fleet setup domi with jamming drones the gank squad i was in toasted a few weeks back. Few cruisers, fully t2 fitted domi. 200km guns dont work well at 5km!
nice stats tho.

Had one fight with them in Delve...I think Mitch mentioned that one but im not sure. We got sleepy a bit at the gate without scout on other side . Anyway...was interesting and good fight (we had more losses though).
But there is a big chance for fight when you see this guys in local or near by. And that is something that deserving respect.
Anyway..small group of ppl that know eachother abilities are allways bonus in any engagement .

Both fleets were fitted for close range.

I don't think noobjuice meant we're necessarily better than anyone in particular, just that it is possible to get good results with a small team of dedicated pilots against a big entity such as BoB.

It became valid when someone who has nothing to do with either of us deemed you capable of beating us "in a fair fight". There's one thing about a "fair" fight, if it is fair you've not done your job correctly. So, read it in context please. If you DO want to see what it would be like in a "rules" fight then by all means sign up. It's the only way you'll earn the bragging rights. If not, then you can indeed say you ganked those left in Delve. This is well done, as I've already said, but it's no more than that.
Originally by: Mitchman I have a vague memory of our guys running into Blacklight, Rod Blaine & co in an even fight. I'm sure he can say how that went.
I'll leave that one alone, if you can't see the point we're making then any further discussion will just derail your thread.
As we've said, nice stats. Maybe next time you'll get the fights you want, rather than the ganks.

Both close? Nice.
Aye, smaller the better for some situations. I understand RKK at least was a very similar unit back a year or three. I guess you sacrifice the cohesion you're capable of with a much tighter unit in the pursuit of 'more stuff' (ie regions).
Would be interesting to see where the stats balanced out if BoB were given the opportunity to form some more 'together' hunting packs of similar sizes. I don't have the cash to get ya back to check tho .
As you said, theres always someone better. I get the impression with BoB that a beating doesn't (generally) send them into emo tear filled rages and weeks of not logging in. Unlikely that you'll get a repeat performance at a time suitable for both to (if it matters?) find out who is more equal to the task.
but again, nice stats :).

I think Omniscient Order done a very good job.
What has come into this thread is something about who is better if size was same bla bla bla.
Alliance Tournament is the best place to settle those scores. Level playing field, no where to hide.
Im very pleased to see ER and The Sani Sabik involved. It shows they are willing to show what they are made off in the small scale combat arena. Im extremely disappointed by Burn Eden as Im unaware of them entering the tourny. (If Im wrong on that please correct me Shin RA.)
Its not the perfect solution to seeing who is the best but its as close as you gonna get at the moment to see who is top dog alliance when it comes to raw PVP.

Yeah, i was in that one with my alt Mitch, and c'mon man. You knew what we had, so you set up exactley for it, and you had more BS. You wouldn't have jumped in if you knew you wouldn't have won. You were loaded to the wazoo with plates and EW.
Good fights though, and much Kudos to n00bjuice for saying that many of their scores were ganks, not many out there that would say that. All in all well played lads.

We were involved last time as we represented the D2 team, got through to the second round I think and were knocked out by BOB, don't expect much from us this year either.

Unless you're thinking of a different fight(?), then we had 4 BS, a vaga and 2 ceptors (ascn sent a falcon and misc at the end) against your 5 BS and 2 recon cruisers. Check kill ID 218334 on our board, and related kills to see if we're talking about the same.

While I don't know the ships that were involved, I am quite aware of omnor's tactics and testicular fortitude, and can say with confidence that they would have jumped in even if they didn't know they would win.
Living in fade, we tend to see and outnumber these guys a lot and they always will fight anyway. When OMNOR isn't under contract, they're practicing their stuff where I live, and are always impressive.
We actually miss them when they're out on contract as we can count on them for good, respectful, smack-free fun.

No wai. It's completely logical that BoB makes 329483 threads per day about how many hobbits they've killed and how much the hobbits suck, but ppl aren't allowed to say that they've killed bobbits. Where 329482 per day is in fact one per week, yes Dalman? ;)
Don't let the truth get in the way of a good exaggeration haha :D

Best mercenaries in the game, bar none. While other mercs are carebearing eggs, trying to appease potential contracts or just picking on little targets for show, you guys are actually doing what matters, and that's getting results and thus getting kudos and respect.

Good stats, as one would expect. Although, without knowing the employer or if there was a specific goal (other than to kill bobbits), it all feels like a waste of talent. Why don't for example ASCN (or any other entity for that matter) use the hired guns to support their own operations where it counts?

oh, the smack... The fact is that the stats for you guys is incorrect on our killboard, 3 of the 4 BS losses we had are counted twice (because you had a mixed gang, so it's counted as a loss against both of you in the stats), likewise with one of the ceptor losses. Anyway, you did well for being, in your own words, "carebear miners". You were not part of the main contract, and as such, were never hunted actively.

Nice work on the contract.
But i must say i am somewhat dissapointed you share your employers wishfull thinking. COIN as i told your employer is a group of friends of DICE. Allthough we sometimes ask for their help in certain areas and vice versa, counting them bob would be like counting AXE to be ASCN, it simply isn't the case. I've also discussed this relationship with your CEO at least a few weeks ago over evemail. So, kills look nice, but those 2 freighters from COIN didn't belong to BOB.
I'll let ASCN HC turn this into something acceptable for their members now.

great job OMNI, very pleased to see a successful merc assignment, even if it is against us. Perhaps when we get back to delve we will have to hire you to attack us again :)
Just for accuracy, in your OP can you please add the time of contract, from our killboard looks like 1 month, and can you please either add that you count BoB allies in your kill tally, or show the real kill tally against BoB which was 81 (41 ships, 19 BS, 3 shuttles, 16 pods, 1 freighter, 1 carrier), on the bright side your loses come down to 14 (5 ships, 7BS, 2 pods).
Good job though, I was not in delve this time around, so i hope to see you in space later, it always good to fight quality opposition.

BOB saying COIN isn't part of bob is a bit like saying Fountain isn't a BOB region. It is but they only admit it when it is convenient for them.
Even COIN members have practically come out and stated that they are an ALT corp for DICE. Especially since the CEO and Founder, Kittara of COIN is an ex-DICE Founding member who then went to EGG enterprises, who was founded by a current DICE member Mr Evill, and then started COIN as the logistics arm of DICE.
Nice try but tracking the histories of the corps and founding members isn't exactly rocket science.

Gee, that's funny. I don't see an Alliance below my corp name.
Why do I look into stuff like this?
Because BOB is a great alliance for stating "truth" on the forums. I just thought I would point out a bit of "truth" for them since they state that they don't lie on these forums.
Now, at least, my post is on topic for this thread as BOB members are refuting OMNOR's numbers because COIN isn't associated with BOB. I''ve just shown that COIN IS associated with BOB more closely then they care to PUBLICLY admit.
To bad you can't say the same about your post.

Please don't drive Slowboat away. Bob have come to rely on his objective and accurate opinions, as well as the intel he constantly feeds us regarding our own alliance.
If OMNI want to count COIN, there's nothing stopping them. The community at large can think for themselves (as long as your conclusion matches Slowboats).

Well you are in luck that our Killboards keep excellent stats.

Neither board lists all the losses though. For example, D&L lost a Nightmare immediately prior to taking down H Zub's Dominix (which you do have listed on your KB). There are several other missing mails too; feel free to cross check the boards for yourself. ~

Back on topic.. Congrats to Omniscient Order on a good job and some nice stats.
I agree with BL. As when Omniscient(CoC) took on Evolution some years ago, and now against BoB, is no easy task and requires balls that most lack. Regardless of the situation it's still a honorable feat(and braggable). Congratz.

Couple of things.
First all the kills/losses in the area should have been posted in this thread looking at your killboard those people you kill or got killed by are just as much a part of BoB.
Knowing that means you killed 68 battleships in 36 days and lost 21, sorry but if those are good results than I understand why your enemies have so much respect for you. Its because they KILL you, by your own admision most of these were ganks how can you loose that many ships while ganking?
Dont take this as a flame, its not. You guys are obviously alot better than say KIA.

76 BS kills for 15 BS losses is the correct number. For for region as a whole, we had a 93.24% efficiency. We predominately used BS in this conflict and we are known to take higher risks than most. We do a job and we take losses, but the job is more efficiently executed when we take higher risks as the rewards are higher when we succeed. For instance, the evol carrier kill was done mostly with 2 BS and 1 ceptor, a high risk scenario, but something we got rewarded for with a kill.

While I understand BE's need to belittle the competition, which is good business sense, we all know BE and Omnor are two different styles of merc.
As mercs both styles are equally valid, one chooses to focus on maximising income (minimum losses) the other exchanges some income for a bit of fun.
Most people respect those who will go toe to toe in a slugfest, THAT is why most of BoB respect Omnor. Fights > Kills.
At the end of the day, it's results that matter. Omnor got good results, and a glowing reference from their employer - what more could they want? ---

I saw these guys spring up on the FIX killboard a while back and my first thought was 'ugh? who?.... ooh, they kill good.'
Then I started going through the names in those killmails, I couldn't help but notice the names of a lot of known talented pilots coming up. I didn't realise you were mercs at the time you passed by, definately good info to know for future considerations.

well done omni on a job well done. u know we respect u guys a lot hope its the same the other way round apart from a few little incidents which spoil things. we have a funny understanding, ourselves and you kill almost everything in the north against all the odds and we all like pvp, we havnt got + standings with each other and we regulary kill each other too which is much fun.
on other occaisions i have been in some of your gangs when it has been quiet respect to omni great guys who give a good smack free fight to all and i for one have much respect for omni and there pilots, glad your now back in the north ourselves have just finished a 1 week contract in the south against, goons, and RA which didnt quite go to plan, however our kill to loss ratio was quite good but to be honest the blob style kind of warfare down there didnt suit us.we have a lot to learn about the merc business now and EXANIMO recently left our alliance to concentrate on being a fully merc corp only. so only YNC and DOOM left in triumvirate atm but we will give good fights to iron and d2 and all other northern alliances still as best we can, see you around omni and once again well done on your contract.

While i do respect you guys for a good job and would strongly urge those looking for good mercs to hire your, i would like it known that of those 76 BS kills 15 were BoB and in return we killed 7 Omni BS's. While saying that, your stats speak for themselves and ofc you hould include all those you killed. A kill is a kill and youve done your job.

If any of our chaps and chapette's haven't posted losses Mitch, get them forwarded to the relevant CEO's and Director types. I know some of them may be a bit old now (few weeks?), but we do try and keep our boards as accurate as possible. Forward any BNC losses to me if they're not posted mate.
I know stats are the meat and veg of merc's for efficiency and other such funk, so its important they're reflected on our side as well.

CoC have always been good at ninja strikes for as long as I can remember. They've been doing this for years and have been consistently evolving it into an art.
To be honest, it's nice that in many of the last major wars, we've usually found ourselves and CoC on opposite sides (except for that short time when we hired them, I think). Keeps everyone on their toes.
I don't know how you guys manage to resist the urge to scale up though. No ludicrous dreams of "conquering the universe" I guess? :P

CoC did fight alongside evol during the Ragnar-war i Venal, and were also in Fountain and fought first against, then with EVOL. CoC had other employers back then, though.

Well, when I joined CoC back in early 2004, we were only 5 members. We did recruit more, men never got above 10 AFAIR. In Omniscient, we have around 25 so in that aspect, we have been growing
Obviously, Omniscient Order is not CoC. ioctl, the fighting heart of CoC and the founder of OMNOR, passed away earlier this year. So it will never be the same without him, but I think we do ok anyhow and I know he'd be proud.

Gratz guys (though you dont need the gratz of a 2005 player ).
Also not to derail sorry but good way of ensuring accuracy is having a hall monitor browse known enemies' KBs on a daily/weekly basis. We have found at least the odd 1 missing (even if a capsule or something) every single month and we believe the practice benefits us greatly... well IMO anyway...
Gratz again Mitch & co and sorry for small derailment.
