You get a bonus to hybrids, I am curious why you are using lasers.

If you are in highsec there should be no need for a cloak. It gimps your scan resolution so it takes longer to lock things as well as taking up a slot that can be used for DPS.

I don't do a whole lot of scanning for combat sigs but if you can lose the rig and replace it with another armor rep rig you can lose the DC and put another Drone Damage Amp in your lows and net out at the same repair of 212 (vs Blood Raiders). T2 hardeners will get you a little more EHP and effective rep (235). If you want more scan strength you can consider carrying a mobile depot and changing your mids out for scan mods while you scan then back to combat fit when you find something, this will slow you down though.

Using a combination of 2 large, 2 med and 1 small will get you the max DPS, if you can't use T2 large yet use the Fed Navy versions. You can also consider using a Omnidirectional Tracking Link in place of a cap recharger to get bet application from your drones.

Good: This does 638 DPS to your 358 DPS as well as applying damage better.

Bad: you lose almost 50% of sustained cap and can't scan quite as well.
