Ok I log onto my alt and my EVEmail box is flashing.
I thought huh? who would mail my alt?
It turns out to be an advertisement for a game code site from a less then a day old n00b named kuaili.

If they trade you the ISK directly for real money, yes.
I get one every other day or so and just delete them. I figure it's quicker than wasting my time on an alt.

Yes it is harassment petitionable.
Maybe remove their link from your post... because you are only advertising for them.

It should be, I don't know that it's petitionable but it is in violation of the EULA.
CCP really does need to do something about this. In the last week I've had at least 7 isk selling emails, 5 from trade4game without setting foot in jita. Also while your at it remove the "skill training completed" messages. |

Don't bother to petition unless the mail is not older than say an hour. Otherwise you'll get a kind but automated reply that petitioning isk sellers will only fill up the queue and are already dealt with in the first 10 or so minutes they start spamming.
So if you just got the mail by all means petition! But if you just noticed that your alt got such a mail a few days ago - simply delete it.
