ok, got some dosh. what's best to go for. Heavy missile launcher 2 or Arbalest heavy missile launcher? they are about the same price and to me the Arbalest is better, i.e firing rate etc
byt arbalest are T1 and the other is T2

ROF should be the same.
to use the T2 you need Spec skill, wish gives you 2% ROF bonus.
once you train that skill up beyound lvl 1, it s better to you T2 instead.
Spec skills only work for T2 modules.

Also only t2 ammo on t2 launcher. So t2 launcher gives you up to a 10% rof boost, and t2 ammo, but is harder to fit. Prices are comparable.

It all depends on the situtation. Arbies are a lot easier to fit and if you're pve'ing, you won't be using t2 ammo anyway. But for pvp, i'd recommend going with T2 just for the ammo and the slight bonus to dps from the spec skill.

You probably mean T2 ammo can only be used in T2 guns, but i wanted to clear up that you can use T1 ammo T2 guns.
