With the upcoming FozzieSov changes, it is now more important than ever to consider utilizing an instant messaging system for your corp or alliance. Since many more alliances will be able to plant their GÇ£flagsGÇ¥ in null sec territory, they will eventually be looking into an instant messaging service.
With that in mind, many successful null sec entities utilize google hangouts or xmpp GÇ£jabberGÇ¥ servers as their instant messaging system. The main advantage of these systems is to be able to broadcast to all of the corp or alliance members in order to summon additional players to log in for a particular meeting, operation or event. This is especially important (as an example) if an enemy group of players have active entosis links on one of your stations and you need people to login quickly to respond to the threat.
Based on the above, I propose that said EVE players make use of the GÇ£SlackGÇ¥ instant messaging platform as an alternative to jabber. Slack is an app that is used by gamers and businesses alike because it is free, usable via browser and smartphone. It allows you to create public and private channels and allows for users to ping each other, specific channels and the entire server.
Eve players typically use jabber in the same exact way but has some disadvantages in terms of usability, user management, client setup and the lack of a simple smartphone app when compared to Slack. Players typically have avoided using Slack for their instant messaging service because of administrative concerns surrounding the lack of a reliable authentication processGǪ until now.
This is where I come in.
*** SERVICE *** Slack Instant Messaging/Broadcasting Process/Setup/Training/Administration
Setup - 2 bill
*Includes the setup of the Slack server domain (hosted by Slack), user registration frontend, database backend, initial channel creation and permissions.
Training - 1 bill
*Includes a 30 minute training class for CEOs and Director staff on how to administer Slack w/ their specific auth process.
Administration - 1 bill per month
*The customer hires me for 1 billion isk per month to administer their Slack server domain on behalf of the customer. The ISK is due on the first of the month. If the customer does not pay on time then I will terminate administration until payment is received. I and the customer reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time. All administrative access to the system will be provided upon receipt of payment at the beginning of the agreement to the CEO or Alliance Executor (customer) so they can have the choice of taking over administration and terminating our agreement at any time. |

I can't believe no one else is interested in paying to have some random guy set up a service that a child could figure out and then give him complete control over it. |

I was under the impression that it's against the Slack Terms of Use to actually automate signups for your Slack, through an Auth system? Could you give a few examples on how your system works in practice?
All my posts are on my personal title and should not be confused as me speaking for anyone else.
