Hello to all, i hope to write in the right place. A question to Eve programmers and to all. Why in Kali there is nothing about trade? Ok there is the contracts, but many more options was possible, for example a system of npc carrier for goods, some skill for black trade and similar things... A skill for black trade will be very simple for exaple a lowering of control at gates of 15% per level or similar... Why this exaggerated stress on war and combat actions? The augmentation of hp for armors and shields for example would make encounter missions really tragic if npc ships remain the same number... I hope there is not taxes for remaining in npc corp, it would be a monstruosity! Cloacking was already enormously limitated why more limits again? Thank you for answer, bye bye

Contracts are a massive new system. How can you ask why nothing new was added to trade then say "except contracts" as though its not important? You could also consider warp to 0km a massive boost to trade. Same with the HP increase, and many more things.

Please take your blatant racism elsewhere.

I assume by "npc carrier for goods" you mean something like Interbus, a system that's been sorta kinda hinted at being put into the game at some point between now and the time the Earth's sun implodes. Not sure what the status is on that.
And I assume you mean black MARKET trade, not "black trade". That just kinda seems to insinuate too much. For example: "Anyone want to trade an OJ Simpson for a Ving Rhames? I got doubles."

Ok contracts will give many more possibilities but i intend new option for solo trading. Contracts needs players cooperation, why no help from npcs like goods carrying or similar? Blatant racism??? I intend black market, if the expression black trade means anything of racist im sorry...

Main reason being that Kali part 2 will be all about Factional Warfare and starting from the release of Revelations, all the way to Kali 2, there will be a "massive" build-up of tension between the different factions.
Other than that, CCP wants combat to last longer, instead of the usual 13 second fights (that includes locking time). Tuxford made a Dev Blog about that part. NPC ships will stay the same, as they already have enough and you do not deal more damage after the patch. More HP for player ships only makes sure you can last a bit longer when missioning. If your tank is not good enough, you will still die, so it doesn't really matter...

Because EVE is a "massive multiplayer game", with an economy which is, more or less, player-driven. NPCs aren't the route to take when you're looking for the biggest profits.
The contract system will go a long way towards having players interact with each other for things like the movement of goods. The current system of escrows is totally useless and exploitable for that purpose.

So only the HP for players will augment, not that of npcs ships?
