Hello,
After patch im getting a corrupted exe file error message everytime i try and run eve. A verification Failed message.
WindowsError: [Error 5] Access is denied: 'D:\\Program Files\\CCP\\EVE\\bin\\_trinity_deploy.dll'
Total Runtime: 0h00m19s
Everytime i run the repair tool i get this error message, is there anyway to fix this or at least to get my clients settings ie windows/overview settings back at the very least?
Edit: Using my old sisi backup install to play atm, but ive lost all my chat windows that were invite only and all overview settings.

Got the same error, except I can't even play eve period. Got the patch this morning, it said it failed.. So I let it run repair.exe, got to (7/7) - and failed.. Everytime I try to start the game, it fails saying:

And everytime I try to run the repair.exe:
WindowsError: [Error 5] Access is denied: 'C:\\Program Files (x86)\\CCP\\EVE\\bin\\_trinity_deploy.dll'
Total Runtime: 0h01m10s
What do I have to do to get around this and play the game? |

Got the problem solved, I ctrl + alt + delete, went to processes and made sure all EVE.exe clients were shut off. (found a few that were on), instead of starting the client, I started the repair.exe and it finished. |

ah thanks, already did the whole redue on the overview sadly :/.

HI guys, been outa game a lil while, same problem, patch is corrupted and my repair tool wont even run..?
Anyway to remedy this without uninstalling and re-installing the whole client?
