He absolutely adores my children, and kisses up to them whenever possible, and thus he avoids my wrath because it would bother them. Ridgeway is.... and there's no nice way of putting this.... brick-effing-stupid. But he's super-affectionate. Like, dog-level affectionate. Right down to the licking. But, he's so dense. The only thing he's good at is killing birds, rabbits, and squirrels. Probably even small dogs if he ever had the chance. Arthur might have been born feral (which I admit is really odd for a 100% Maine Coon, but he's still a little skittish around people). He's a stereotype of the breed. He loves his humans, but he's not a lap cat. He'll sit next to you, but not on you. Once he warms up to someone, he's really nice. But still kind of dopey. Also a high prey drive, but too lazy to chase anything... he prefers the ambush and insta-pop. Kisa is like a mix of the two. And she's the CYA of the group. When Ridge eats too fast and vomits, she'll try to hide it. She also plays look-out. And, there you have it.... more than most of you ever likely wanted to know about my cats. Well, after reading about Fedos in the EVE Lore in one of the chronicles I found out that they eliminate bodily wastes through their skin that gives them a distinctive stench most people find repulsive.
