I heard that you get Titan blueprints from the NPC Titans. 2 questions.
1. Is that true.
2. Where are the NPC Titans

1. Not true
2. They are only in events. Their have been two NPC titan events. One involved players trying to kill the titan, the other involved it in the news.

They are not acquired from NPC Titans; they are bought at NPC Stations in the territory of their respective races.

don't confuse the poor boy.
You can't buy Titans on the npc market because a) they can't dock in station b) only players build them and they're **** sure not gonna sell you a titan.
You can buy the Titan BPO off the NPC market, for many many billions of ISK, but that in itself is useless because unlike regular ships, capitol ships are built from capitol components which are intern built from Minerals and Component BPC's.
To build a Titan, you'll need the titan BPO, and either the component bpo's as well or just buy the components.
BTW, takes months to build and costs more ISK than you'll proberbly ever have.

i think the "npc titan" term is confusing a lot of ppl ;p
the op needs to clarify
does he mean
a) titans that can be bought of the market
or
b) the uber 20mil hp giant ass back-from-beta npc titans (like the one the first post was talking about, im puttin my money here ;p)
if its b then the first post sums it up bar seeing them on the test server long ago ;p

NPC Carriers, Motherships and Dreads would be uber cool.
Time to replace those wuzzy named commanders to have carriers of d00m. Let's see how people likes that. Oh and bounty would be around 25mil-50mil

Okay seriously if this one gets the same hp bonus as the nightmare, we'd prolly see the first passive armor tank in existence when combined with the 400% capital hp boost.
