If he is so stupid that he assumes that when the seller doesn't post anything after the auction is over and the reserve isn't met then OMG there's many scammers around.
If he had some discussion and agreement with the seller other place than in this thread and the seller told him he would accept 6 bill instead of 8 bill something I find hard to belive then it's still not a SCAM.
However if he paid those 6bill and is one character less he was SCAMMED.
But as far as the rest knows this isn't any SCAM unless ofcourse you're blind, stupid and calls everything SCAM which didn't sell to the price you wished

As far as the rest of us see the seller haven't acted like he was going to accept the bid at 6bill and PS... the auction has ended a so it won't help continue bidding.

i have been asked for several places why the first buyout was not completed. reason: seller couldt send me a eve-mail from the char sold in auction. some story about his bos would transfer the char to me, when night girl got the isk, but his bos couldt log into the account right now.. etc etc..
