I would like to say thank you for a great weekend to all of you who came to the Fanfest. For those who did not show up, I hope to see you next year.

Duckling, I have a serious question.
What motivation does any large group have to participate in the buddy raffle when the referral bonus for a new account is $7 guaranteed? Yeah, you could sign up 100 buddies of yours from some other internet site and get a chance to win a single video card - or you could get $700 guaranteed. For large groups, why bother?

The affiliate program and the Buddy program are two different things. Affiliates put banners on their websites and thus advertise the game. We pay $7 for each referral that turns into a paying subscriber. With the Buddy program we are simply giving our players a chance to send out a free trial to friends and family.

Not that this has anything to do with anything, because I'd absolutely love to be able to have anything other than my 5700LE...
Next buddy raffle, make it an 8800 GTX, so it's DX10 compliant, and can be used with the new eve upgrades.

I use to have a 5700 LE too was told in the shop LE should for lame edition 
Glad I have my 512 7900GTX now
