Being a member of Pandemic Legion, and therefore, shooting everyone in the game comes with certain negatives; people are afraid to deal with you and nobody cares when "trusted" third parties scam you.
This is where I come in.
My position is to protect our members when a situation arises that they need to deal with the outside world. Buying and selling supercapitals, guaranteeing space rental agreements and anything else that requires a degree of trust.
Some PL members will indeed use Chribba or Darknesss or some other third party, a large majority will not. I am your link to them, and theirs to you.
I am well trusted within my alliance, any and all members will know that I won't scam them. Additionally, I have a reputation to maintain for not scamming people outside of the alliance. I have been securing transactions, space rental, mercenary contracts and everything inbetween for a while now, and thrive on repeat business.
Third party transactions that I have secured so far:
Titans: 12
Supercarriers: 41
Rentals: 34
Mercenary Contracts: 6
How does it work?
Easy - I don't need to autopilot half way across space to watch your transaction - I know and have a degree of power of one of the members of the transaction already. If you are buying or selling, I can watch the API of the involved PL character and work on the honor system. If for whatever reason they dishonor the transaction - I will personally make good on it and take my pound of flesh from them.
Why trust me?
Necessity. Nobody moves like we do, nobody uses titans like we do, nobody else provides you with a big enough market to move supercaps (or has a higher burnout rate to therefore sell supercaps (ADD Legion GO!)) and nobody else is going to be as widely trusted as me within PL (that actively logs on).
I have third partied for most other alliance, from the North and South Russians, current enemies, ex enemies - and THRIVE on the repeat business. Let me remind you that if history is anything to go by, PL will require around 10 new titans in about a month...
Price:
Flat 0.1% of all transactions
So, 80m for an 80b Titan sale, 14m for a 14b SC sale, etcetera
BUT THAT IS RIDICULOUSLY LOW!!! I am aware of that, I don't do it for the isk, it is more as a record. I am well enough supplied by the alliance and other endeavours that I do not need to charge extortionate amounts.

I was pretty wary about trying to buy a supercarrier from a PL member when they told me they wouldn't work with Chribba, but Tokbruk made sure the transaction went very smoothly, helped me with every step in the negotiation process and was generally very professional. He might not have the reputation of other 3rd parties out there, but I'd still highly recommend him.

I used Tobruk's services and I'm pleased with the way it went down. I got my Aeon and the transaction was smooth. I'd recommend this to anyone over other services simply because you won't get ripped off on the cost. |

When I received that evemail from the EVENEWS24 reporter about 5 minutes after telling the "buyer" that I wasn't going to be extorted, I can't say that I was surprised.
That said, I welcome the attention - as I am innocent, any publicity is good publicity.
I am certain that some people will be concerned, and I respect that, but look at the facts - Rahvin's own corp were concerned he was going to steal isk, there have been no (real) accusations of me scamming (aside from PL alliance mates TROLOLOLing), there is a 640x480 screenshot in what can only be described as the most horrid color scheme available as sole proof.
When this accusation came up, penifSMASH (my CEO) asked for my API to confirm the truth.
I still have my roles, which I wouldn't if it was a scam. |

Tobruk helped us with a Pos-bash/ Empire war contract 2 weeks ago, and I know for fact that he did his job fine. Contact was also polite and had a quick response...No idea why he should honour our deal but others not.

I found tobruk is listed as alt under "Grogoth Drem" on pandemic-legion.com so he is not only account sharing/rmt character but also impersonating the original owner. I wonder if he also brought tobruk's titan + titan pilot. |
