Well, due to some strange twist of fortune, a former colleague of mine which I helped during a time of crisis, in his gratitude for me helping him with basic human interaction cues and free psychotherapy decided to give me an Ipad2 as repayment since he is better now economically after I encouraged him to leave Venezuela and move abroad.
Never been adverse to gifts, specially now when I'm just a poor emigrant in Panama, so was wondering, what neat apps I could upload into this baby. So far I finally dumped my old Palm Lifedrive and decided to replace it with my new Ipad as my main E reader.
I have only managed to use Stanza, Ibooks and the wonderful CALIBRE to convert most of my old .lit and .rtf books into epub format for easier transfer and reading in the Ipad.
But was looking in the Mac Store EVE related apps but so few and don't know which ones are good?
Also anything to make my ebook/pdf reading better would be appreciated. Still getting the grip on the tablet, honestly it's just fantabulous, wish eve had an official skill change/market browsing extension to use with regular internet web browsers.
Cheers and Merry Xmas! |

Eve Universe isnt too bad... Has a fitting tool as well.
If you like sword play, IB2 is pretty awesome. Graphics are insane for a portable game.

Infinity Blade 2 is pretty awesome.
You can create a character name (up to 8 characters) and configure different weapons, shields, magic items... depending on the kind of combat you are doing (almost EvE-ish). Plus the Unreal Engine performance is pretty impressive.
So far, that's the only one I really like as it is pretty intense and you can invest a ****-ton of time into it. |

Dungeon Hunter 2 is basically Diablo on the iPad.
Words with Friends is fun...even before Alec Baldwin made it famous. |
