Giant anchorable snowballs.
Give us ice chippers, and ice asteroids will finally be worth something. Then we can all go out and make snowmans and forts.
Icicles on the wings and stations would be a nice touch. Especially if we got a freeze ray. (-99% to agility + collision damage OR full agility but vastly reduced drift control..)

Remove all assets (including all anchored containers, POS, etc), all ISK and all SP from every player bar enough to use a basic mining laser and a rookie ship. Also remove all market orders, escrows and active missions.
Then we will get to begin again with nothing but our name to our name!

TOTALHELLDEATH: including great features like 0.0 Jita, and randomly spawning NPC Titans that 'randomly' spawn next to any ship with a minig laser active.
A close second would be somebody fixing my poor off centered Chimera model 
After that definately snowball launchers, with T2 snowballs this time. T2 snowballs have an area of effect that causes other ships to chain off snowballs.

CONCORD goes on strike for better benefits for 24 hours, and the Customs officials of all Empires join in a sympathy strike with them....
Racial Empires Navys are still on patrol, but they have no way to increase ship and troop numbers on patrol within the first 24 hours....
Jump Gate crews have already been warned that any attempt by them to join the strikes will lead to their executions, so they are gonna stay at work....
With no CONCORD on duty, ISD reports that it will be impossible to monitor all the lawlessness, and they suspect massive chaos and rioting, but are treating this unique situation as a method of gaining very valuable data on Social Engineering and Human Resource Control Techniques, so they are just gonna watch and see what happens...
These events unfolding will of course receive full Galactic News coverage as they unfold, and there will be no excuse for anyone to have not been warned of the coming chaos...

Jovian technologist comes to empire to introduce a new item. but as he has prisonors aboard hes ship they escape and we all have to blow em up, the one with most kills gets a Jovian vesal ( frigate or BC )..
and a gift to all if we are that lucky this year..
a new roid is discovered wich alows us to mine snowballs for our cool gift from last year. the roids only last december then they are melted.

My randomly thought-of idea whilst reading this thread is an "Advent Calendar Ship" placed in empire space.
The ship would re-spawn at a random time (so that players from all time-zones have a chance to participate), and in a random empire system (*or just in Jita if the aforementioned is problematic due to node issues), on each of the 24 days, and would have a large number of hit points (presumably in the many millions).
In order to "open the window" of the calendar for that day, as many pilots as possible would need to work together by firing at it in unison, the objective being to reduce the ship's HP to zero. (the total process taking on average perhaps 60 minutes).
Every day, upon destruction, the calendar would then randomly distribute a selection of items in a 500km radius, for everybody to grab in a wild and indulgent free-for-all of happiness and festive glee...
The value of the items distributed would rise each day, building towards the biggest give-away of all on the 24th Dec, which would contain prizes more rare than a steak that is still roaming around in Farmer Giles' field...
Amongst the high value items, there could also be booby prizes: "christmas crac.ker ship logs" (I have attempted to evade the profanity filter) containing badly written jokes and inappropriate rhymes, for the participants to share with each other in Local...

Make a new system one jump from Jita that is 0.0 (or if that causes too much lag, several systems near busy hubs)
Get all the Devs, ISD, and GMs(whether present or not) so sit in their pretty polaris ships
allow all the players to shoot at said ships
just so no one else shoots eachother, make the sig radius of every ship that enters the systems .01 or something
Imagine how much stress that would relieve from these whiney forum posters.

I think we should get shuttles that are able to hold one weapon, such as some kind of small gun, plus the ability to have shuttle wars any time, any place (with no poddings of course). Think it would be a blast to have shuttle wars, lol.
