Varelse Wiggin Minmatar Dread Elite The Imperial Order	Posted - 2006.11.25 22:36:00 - [1] As the topic says, being Minmatar kicks ass. I flew pure Minmatar for some time, and then I got a case of "the grass is greener" and started crosstraining into Gallente and some Amarr. I'll be **ed! I'm more than qualified to fly anything that they throw at me! Being Minmatar has prepared me for just about anything. I can shield tank, armor tank, use guns, missiles, and drones effectively...and i've got pretty good nav skills so i'm not dead in the water. While Minmatar ships may be severely lacking, the preperation that they give you for flying other races ships is astonishing. I fly sorry for you pure Caldari missile spammers out there! ** it feels good to be a Minmatar.

HankMurphy Pelennor Swarm Eternal Rangers of Terror	Posted - 2006.11.25 22:49:00 - [6] yes, being minmatar does kick ass. if some metro gallente dude tries to kiss you in the bar you can just crush his skull. and of course, all race's women know brutor 'do it better' i LOVE being minmatar. now, flying our ships however... thats another story yeah, once you clear the 20 mil SP hump you can really outperform ppl in pvp in some of our ships (as long as your not jammed). and its a hell of alot more fun than spamming missles, you got that right too!

Dammit, i knew there was a point to us all along! continues training gallente and points to sig Haha yeah keep continue training for gallente when you find out you need a full round of cap boosters to sustain their weapons or tanks unlike Minmatar ships which are non-cap consumers.. passive tanking AC-boats with uber speed 4TW, though on the other hand caldari is even better than minmatar, with passive tanking HIGH DPS missile with uber EW (why run away when you can disable the target!). Ive beaten most other hurricanes tbh, but I cant even get close to beating the myrmidon. You know why? Because you cant keep them at 15k range, they get into web range too quickly. And if you are further away, you dont do any damage yourself. So you try to go for close combat and get wasted by their drones, or jamming + drones. So you try to fit artillery for long range. Then you get jammed while the drones are travelling to you, then killed by the drones because arty cant hit them. So no, im not convinced minmatar is good. Oh yeah about in everything will make one of our ships equal or even slightly better than rest of 3 races. I'm not saying Minmatar ships are good, i'm saying that playing as a Minmatar character (hard mode) has prepared me to fly anything and everything with enough proficiency to be a valuable asset in a PVP gang. I usually fly gun ships, yet here I am right now floating around in a TD'ing Arbitrator...I've got skills EVERYWHERE! HOOAH! LONG LIVE MINMATAR!
