So there we are. A nighthawk with 5stabs warps in.
Bam 6points and start shooting and webbing. Some Nos. Ask for 50m. He logs.
And then my friend runs out of cap... he is carrying a cap injector and didnt even use it (yay for his fraps). The nighthawk is able to warp out now.
Not the 1st time he has ****** up in same way, letting a target get away.
What would you do if he was in your corp?

If you hate it so much ask him not to use fraps when you are with him. I dont know if you are thinking of doing something drastic like kicking him or something but i would just call him names and look for another target.

if he is a new to pvp, i would let it go. if he has been pvping for a long time and is just a complete tard, then think of letting him go

If he apologized for it and had some kind of reason, Id let it slide as him being drunk/temporarily retarded/et cetera...
Probably just a brain fart, I'd be a little ****ed and show it, and if it happened again then consider your options.

If he's a nice guy and will learn from his mistakes, sure let him stay.
But if he's a jackass who's never gonna learn.. you'll figure out what to do.

I'd say you should not blame others for your own incompetence. Nowhere in the OP did it mention about how the whole gang failed to produce enough firepower to kill the NH before one of the members ran outta cap.
Maybe You should ask what You should do with yourself for not having killed the target.
Strange how, out of a gang of 5 people, Victory is due to gang effors, defeat is the fault of one man.

Have you tryed killing a nighthawk?

the point is he had a cap injector fitted with 800's and didnt even bother to use one.

I'm pretty sure that's the most rational thing to do  .
Every corp I've been in went with the rule: Lose 1 limb for every target that gets away, starting with your head (leg occasionally if we like you).

I don't think i would pod him. He is in your corp so he must be doing something right.Maybe Some more pactice will help him out against targets that are not so difficult.Oh well...at least he was not lured back to the station, and pod killed by his corp mates before he got booted from the corp.
