Hi,
After a successful week alongside the NVA corps holding the gates to Venal open, I found Number One of Biomass in the EC-P8R system.
I caught him and held in in place while awaiting reinforcements. Those came in the shape of STOOP of the GODS corp. He safely dispatched his ship and podded him while I continued to hold him in place.
Thx to all those who put a bounty on him, those funds will be put to good use in hunting down further pirates.

Indeed, and probably Reikoku about 5:1 too.
I do however appreciate you standing and taking the kill. That showed ALOT of guts. You could have logged very easily.

Darth i run in to the same thing  when ever some one feels like hunting me it has to be at least 3 on 1, but usealy its 8 to 1...
the only time i have gotten blow up was in 2 on 1 and 1 on 1 fights, if only more woud have some decentsy of going 1 on 1 whit me :(

We ended up going to Venal for a good fight.
BTW, i dont have any BMs for stations, oops my bad, I have one for Vassala from when I used to mine there in my younger days. So i really dont know where you got that one from

As i said in a previous post, do you really have to post every single little kill you get?
Shall i make 10-15 individual posts on the battleships and cruisers we killed 2 days ago in lower Venal?
I can give it to them they stayed till half of them were dead before they RAN leaving 1 or 2 alone to die at our hands.
NVA:Biomass ratio is getting better as #1 said, id say its down to about 8:1 Bs loses

I mean c'mon, just think about it. What would make more sense then the 3 most hated alliances teaming up to lay waste to the people they all hate anyways? CA is already allied with PA, and TPS lies between the two alliances. Natural allies to be sure. But it's not just that, all but PA (and even some of them) have adopted a "stfu and die, or come and fight us, we don't give a **** what you think or do" philosophy, as well as a PvP Kill everyone not friend kind of mentality. These are the people in eve that kill or convert, the ones dedicated to the death of others, because history, circumstance, and the rest of eve have driven then to do so (except TPS, who are just cool ass pirates ). |

funny thing, i nothest ( and this is Human thing, it just shows more with wanbe pirates ) is that if there alone there very scarred and run at the site of any thing bigger then a frigate, though if there ina goupe of more then 4 they act like the biggest bad asses that eve has seen.

... Nahh, Mr.Solo points out often enough how he isn't even that good at PvP and he's doing it all for fun more than anything else.

6 Cruisers as confirmed by the NVA themselves, i watched 4 BS go down so that maked 10 overall... no doubt there was 1 or 2 more picked off at some stage that night. I dont do propaganda i just kill stuff and state accurate battleresults

Well done chaps, its always nice to kill Biomice alliance pilots ;) Quite a feat indeed considering the 1000+ NVA battleships that our foes have "destroyed" since the beginning of the campaign. Its amazing we have anything left that can mount guns on ...

Havocide sir, I've said it before, I'll say it again.
1. I only post about the kills that I feel are worthy on this forum. Not the kills I make during normal working hours.
2. Apart from the fact that Number One is high up in the biomass command chain, I posted this kill because I received a bounty from it and wished the people who posted the bounty to know that thier money has gone to a worthwhile cause.
3. I held the tempest in place for a considerable period of time in nothing more than my blackbird (but i guess that's me being chicken again or something going after a solitary BS while flying solo in my Cruiser, maybe you would prefer if I had waited for you to join in havocide?)

Please do. Post names and ships killed. Cuz we didn't lose nearly that many. And no, I'm not stupid enough to post our exact losses, that is useful intelligence info. I can reassure you that the BSes were replaced by RONA immediately AFAIK, and the cruisers are replaced by now as well, AFAIK most who lost cruisers actually made a profit on the insurance .
Suffice it to say that I am pretty clear on YOUR losses, and not going to post that info either aside from Mastema who I helped blow up and whose pod I personally saw at a planet when I ducked out of the fight with 7% armor (recharged shield and came back BTW).

We ran, gang-warped to a planet for 5-8 minutes to regroup, then warped back to the gate to pound on the 3 of your servants *cough* allies you'd left at the gate, the rest of you apparently noticed our reinforcements coming into local and 'realized you had to go home and wash your hair'. We waited there for an hour, so I guess you guys had got enough of a bloody nose. Then I and most of the fleet went the heck to bed, I for 1 have this thing called a job, and I usually like to sleep before I go to it.

If we cared about your defintion of war (ie. don't lose any ships within my own corp) we could've done things the Biomass way and JIPed you, especially since you out-numbered us, but we felt like a real fight. BTW, it's nice how you Biomass guys don't count allied ship losses like Mastema's as *real* losses, since they are only allies and not Bio members... I guess that explains how you guys kill 100s of ships and never lose any... Or do you guys count allies who die as killed by you too? Maybe THAT explains your ratios
Oh and for the record this was a polite thread about a small-scale fight. You should have left it alone once #1 set an honourable tone to it. You managed to make yourself and your corp look worse, by far.

LOL... See this is why I dont post... To much BS going around.. I was in the Venal 2 nights ago. It was a good fight. We where abit outnumberd. Jumped into NVA system, Rushed the Gate You where all camping and took it from you. Hats off to the NVA that stayed and fight. Fight lasted over 10 min.. Plane and simple with both took loses. It hard to get a reel count with that many ships involved. I saw 5 Bs go down And we lost 2 SI members.. It was a good fight

In no way am I trying to emberass Number One, but I had my traveling gear on and some old medium ion blasters that I was testing out. I had on 1 mwd and 3x afterburners on, and just a dozen torps. I was stupid and blew up my own drones with torps, and then was forced to kill him while orbiting at a very close range. I think he was armor tanking it, and it made it very hard to kill him.
Big hats off to Number One for not logging. It took a good 3-5 minutes to kill him and he had ample time to save himself.
Hats off to DB too for the nice catch.

ahem... having spoken to both sides.... personally.... it would seem the score was in fact even during the main battle....
Although the NVA admit to losing a BS (Dom) after the main fight was over....

Well now, I saw a Dom and a Geddon along with 2 BBs going down in the main fight; afterwhich I targeted a Tempest and started to fire. Im not sure if it was just pick on Ten time or some type of lag on my sheild readout, but I was fine one second and the next I was down to 20% armour, tried to warp and died
But as I said earlier it was a brilliant fight, I just dont see why those people will not admitt to their losess when I freely admitt to any of mine. Personally I dont really mind, Im a bit screwed in the head or summit, but I usually get the best kicks outta the fights when I loose shipsWell I have stated what I believe happened and you have stated what you believed happened not much else to say.

I lost my BB and a missle podded me (Inidigo Seqi got the credit from concord). And GODS had a member fly into a camped gate after the fight was over. He lost a dominix. Other than that I know NVA lost a bb. Possibly more, possibly not. I know on BIOs side, Mastema lost a ship, gr3g lost one, and so did techanha as he just admitted.

On a side note i was on the way to that very battle when i was informed that the gate leading to y-w was guarded by several ships. Me being slightly bullheaded decided to rush the gate and see what was there.
There was two cruisers one of which was a thorax and a tempest battleship. I immediately engage what i believed to be the jamming cruiser and that person warp away shortly after. The thorax kept orbiting me so i ignored him and concentrated fire while keeping my shield booster occupied. It seems modules where deactivating themselves automatically.
I placed a call for some assistance approxiamtely 3 mins into the fight. The whole time during this fight i was warp scrambled. Approxiametly 1min later my backup arrived in this system and started warping to my location. When my backup arrived the tempest already had armor damage had changes his range from me from 14km to 78km which is range i like best. Thorax was dead im not sure if my missles had been accidentally hitting him or his drones and i was able to warp away.
I left that fight after 5 minutes with 3 percent armor and 22 percent structure and still had 50 percent cap. The tempest died shortly after i warped away. I know it was reported that i had lost my scorpion but i warped right back to our group once i had some shields and had several members lock me to verify damage and my ships presence still.
I dont recall the names of the individuals involved although i know one of them to be something stanley. But I respect the fact that you stood there that long. Dont you just love tank scorpions. I never stick with the same config all the time but they caught me in my harder to kill setup. :)

... Y'know, the most scary part in that video is, just how fast that Thorax dies there.
I mean sure it's all sped up some and whatnot, but still... ouch. o.x;
