No new BPOs of existing modules.
No new T2 ships.
Only BPOs of new stuff (like HAMs) being seeded.
Between corps atm, the NPC one is strictly a temporary thing.

Some mods BPO's are still to be seeded, although I dunno if they are on the test server or in Revelations:-
Damage Control II
Shield Power Relay II
and a few others I think.
