Description: Emits a gigantic antimatter field, capable of obliterating everything in its path. Can be remotely activated on Cynosural Field located in same solar system.
Has anyone ever used one of these?

Superweapons are a Titan-Only module class. They're what let you make everything around you go boom 
That particular weapon goes on the Erebus.

You can't dock at a Titan, the Titan can either remote detonate the weapon on a suicide cynosural field generating ship or fly to the location and use the weapon there, it also hurts itself when doing this. Currently it does 50,000 damage after Revelations it will do 75,000 and it ignores resists. It is a weapon desinged to remove any non capital ship from the battlefield, it has a 1 hour Rate of Fire and so has to be used tactically. Also I think it severely depetes the Titan of its power.

Oh, then why is there a "Maximum Passengers" stat on the infos? What is that for?

This used to be ingame too, it was however removed, it is a 'roleplay' statistic that ships would have a crew next to the pod pilot.
In several back stories this is being shown, since however the stat disapeared ingame the general concensus is that ships dont have crew.

Oh right, thanks... I was reading this off the EVE DB, so I guess that DB is rather "raw data" then is it? I just saw that it lists GM modules too... so think I got my answer...
