Just thought I'd share this. Please criticize.

Thrasher should only be fitted with arty's and short range ammo.
Sitting on the gate adn with a webber will spell doom to any frigate now.
Weeee!

Why artillery on the coercer?
Honestly, it only gains a range bonus with beams/pulsers, and actually can fit those well.
8* dual light beams (or 6 beams 2 NOS) Web 2* Hs, whatever you can still fit (like a 400 mm plate and a EANM, or a small repper) Range on dual lights reaches 30 km, enough to reach out and touch all frigates.

If you think you are going to get a lock on a gate-tripping interceptor, you better not have fewer than 1 sensor boosters.
Tanks on dessies are for npcing only.
Kali changes are irrelevant. Nothing vulnerable is going to stick around to check out your awe inspiring destroyer tank. 
As a matter of opinion (or fact from my perspective) the destroyer is going to be more useless than before versus interceptors. However, I'm sure CCP can always depend on some moron to fit a snipe setup on a dictor to fill the balance quota.
Interceptors need less hull hp. Interceptors shouldn't have any single thing that can be considered "spare." Actually even that's not enough.
Shooting a target should add a vector to any ship when it is being fired upon. The server is kindof already calculating it for each shot. Instead of actually changing the course of the ship, the scalar could be equivocated with a loss of agility. The RP reason could simply be the engines compensating for shells slamming into the side of the tin can. Small charges wouldn't budge larger ships hardly at all, but larger charges that land should knock them silly. Steady rounds from same class bores should only have a more measured effect. Lasers and drones would need to be excluded probably.
This would occasionally give Destroyers, AFs, and Moas a chance to finish a job once begun.
To compensate for excessive ranged sniping by oversized hulls, targetting computers could increase targetting resolution by a certain percent to allow a few more sig-res misses.
