I didn't report this because I thought it was already reported, but I'm STILL getting crap FPS anywhere in game.
Not only that, the most irritating thing is that it's not steady, even when you leave the screen sitting still it bounces up and down.
link attached so you know what I mean.
Before you ask the basics: No, I have no processes running that would affect this, no it's not my video card because in current TQ this does not occur No it does not only occur in map mode but map mode but map mode provided the best contrast to see the picture.
This performance is crap and I would hope that it not make it on TQ.
Currently on SISI: http://www.thelostdays.com/poorfps.jpg
and TQ: http://www.thelostdays.com/TQmode.jpg

30 FPS is poor? lol... Spoiled brat!
I gotta live with FPS as low as 6 in some missions (I REALLY wish there was an option to turn of those **** cloud effects, real FPS killers those are) and 30 is about the best I can get... --------- ZOMG my sig was concordokkened! Link removed due to bad language on remote site. -wystler

30 fps is normal for an online game. don't be spoiled, your eye can vaguely notice the diffrence with higher fps anyways.

no no, it's not the actual rate that I'm concerned with, it's that the rate is not steady even when you're not doing anything - it fluctuates up and down rapidly causing for jerky movement.
I'm pleased to say, though, that it seems they corrected this problem before Revelations hit TQ.

actually the guy above you that stated about 30fps and 60 being barely noticable... you have no idea, dude. there is a massive difference in smoothness of game play, reaction time and visual coolness. The problem with eve NOW is that it tries to match the frame rate to the monitor's refresh rate (which is usually a VERY good thing) but they royally screwed it up. ------------ Peregrinus Amarria

Unless you have bionic eyes, you can't tell much, if any difference above 32 fps.

As fps increase the movement appears alot smother hence why its not hard to tell the difference between 30fps and 100fps. It's great being Amarr ain't it?
