In the known issues:
There is a Directx issue that affects players using Dual Processor setups and playing eve. This issue may cause CTD's at random intervals. Setting the process affinity to a single CPU appears to minimise this occurance, but it does not eliminate it. We are working on a fix for this at present, but we have no eta at this time
