Salutations, ladies and gentlemen,
My name is Radu Lupescu, patron de Push Industries (the CEO). It is my honor and pleasure to reintroduce you to the old brand you trust, directly as it is being refurbished, revitalized, and innovated into the logistics corporation you have always wanted it to be. In short, Push Industries is going premium.
As those of you that follow our brand regularly already know, Push has gone through a remarkable amount of changes and phases since 2011. Throughout all of these you, the customer, have increased your demands of service steadily over time and been steadfast in your encouragement of our brandGÇÖs growth. Suffice it to say our slew of internal changes, and your will, have coalesced into our finally deciding to become New EdenGÇÖs Premium Hauling Service.
This being the case, Push will have the largest price increase it has ever seen. Our High Security Space rates will increase roughly 19% on July 3rd of 2015. In time we will update our prices for the remaining security spaces as well but we thought it prudent to go with a more unhurried implementation. With this increase of our HS rates you will be able to benefit with following new changes that will, before long, become the norm:
- Normal contract expirations set to 3 days (TBA)
- Rush contracts delivered within the day (TBA)
- Limited to no expired contracts
- Haulers with a bare minimum of Mastery IV for all hauling vessels
- The most experienced and veteran haulers of New Eden, handling your freight
- A more personal customer service
- And above allGǪ the best courier experience that money can buy
These are obviously bold changes and thus they will need a little bit of time to be applied to their fullest. But with every contract you place with us, in due time, you will notice this significant difference in service. Our weltanschauung is very customer satisfaction oriented and the only solution to our ability to offer you the best is the application of higher rates. These rates guarantee that our haulers will be the best paid of any courier service currently operating and as such will have the greatest standards of them. Thus your following us with this increase will enable our current hauling body to further develop their skills & training and we will also attract the finest haulers of New Eden within our courier service operation. As you can see this cycle is what will, as previously stated, give you GǣGǪthe best courier experience that money can buyGǥ.
We do realize, however, that this price change will mean that Push Industries will no longer fit into the economic models of some of our customers. For this we apologies in advance for not being able to offer those customers our services but we do have contact with other courier services and we highly recommend them. If this applies to you, please contact any of the following fine options, in game, with your courier needs (we are also happy to communicate with them on your behalf, if you so choose):

BUT! I do have some comments I want to bring up too.
Premium? I can't help but notice people constantly complain about contracts expiring. Is that why prices are being raised? Raise prices > Less customers > More ability to complete contracts?

What about the RFF crew? Or the actual backbone of the old Push? Nasantha, Willry, Cara and plenty of others which have gone? (Again refer to contracts expiring) Where are your figures, and statistics to back up this statement? Also, I've seen plenty of Push pilots ganked recently...
"Personal customer service"
Have you BEEN in your public channel recently? It's only ever, "Is my contract going to be done in time?" Also... Nobody ever replies to customers in the GMT time-zone.
You say you're raising prices to ensure better customer service, but is that true? Many people feel it's to allow you less work to manage without all the people you've recently lost. |

It is good to see PushX finally shifting towards its rightful place in the hauling industry, a non-competitor.
As a customer of yours, I do have some questions as to how you can call this a "Premium" service. From what I am reading, you are increasing prices 20% in order to persuade enough of your customer base to use other services in hopes of being able to meet the industry minimum standards. 3 days expiration for normal contracts and 1 day expiration for rush is not a premium offering, neither is the goal of "limited expired contracts". These are the minimum requirements for any organized "professional" hauling service in New Eden. In fact, these standards aren't even new for PushX and have been in place for more than a year.
Do what you need to do and get delivery times back in order, but please have some respect for the hauling community and refrain from labeling 3 day expiration as a "Premium" benefit. |

Thank you for pointing out issues that I'm already aware of though as it provides a small reminder regarding what I need to address. I'm glad to see you still care about Push enough to stay involved.

We thank you for having been/being a customer of ours as we do value our customers and their having courier satisfaction.
If you recall, Push Industries established the 3 day normal, 1 day rush, upon its founding. This had not been in practice prior. We also maintained it for some time but in the past 2 years or so we had broken away from it. At the time of founding this delivery principle we were considered a Premium Courier Service. So to bring it round-robin, we are able to make the claim because once we reach our original state we will intrinsically be the definition that we authored.
In time we will be looking to redefine the Premium label... but one step at a time. The prices will also, naturally, attract haulers towards us. Of those we will be accepting the most seasoned candidates. Meanwhile our current hauler body is diligently working on increasing their abilities while also working towards our goals.
These changes are still fresh and so it is only logical to anticipate a period where service does not match the stated goal. But in due course all will be as it should and PushX will match said goals. In time we will also exceed them, but more on that during a pertinent hour.

Come now love, you know very well that I wouldn't say things to simply hurt your feelings. It was merely a comment in regard to a simple observation.
Caring about haulers and customers/customer service is where we have always been able to agree. One that ranges from strong, I dare admit even emotional, stances to general goodwill. And I sincerely believe this change, from PushX's part at least, furthers an expression of this (given the previously stated reasons). All in all there is a greater change in the courier service landscape and PushX is simply working on rebuilding its old place in it, the newer GHSOL is doing the same and the newest member setting its foundation, NEE, as well. You should note that it is out of respect for all parties that I even recommended places, that I feel are good services, for PushX customers that no longer find us affordable but still want a good service for their courier needs. So for that matter, I and all of PushX, wish everyone the best of luck as said landscape takes on its new form.
PushX will cater to a certain demographic in light of its changing and the other courier services will cater to their own as well.

I am sorry to hear that you have been banned from our customer service channel: PushX. Please know that customers, potential customers, and potential recruits, are more than welcomed to participate in the channel as they wish. The only exemption from this is if a customer is found to be behaving in an abusive manner or one that disrupts the tranquil atmosphere the channel is intended to provide for said parties and persons. Bans are generally temporary but permanent bans have taken place as well.
Please try again in the next day or so to see the nature of your ban.

I rarely endorse services, in Eve or in RL, but in this case I need to make an exception.
If Ingo Shepard D is any example of the integrity of the people associated with this venture, I look forward to a long and fruitful relationship.
I will report back with further developments as I see how they perform over the long-term, but my outlook is decidedly optimistic.

Salutations, once again, ladies and gentlemen,
Today I am glad to inform you that the recent noticeable lag in our services has been resolved.
This resolution itself is an increase in our High Security Space per-jump rates and has been implemented as of down time, today - July 26th. The reasons for going with this solution are a few. The lag in service was directly related to an increase in demand of our services. And this increase in demand was caused by several factors but one of the predominant ones, as we can trace, was an increase of rates brought about by our strongest competitor. As such the ratio of freight to hauler increased and the model that we aspire for became at risk of being effected in a prolonged manner. This neither helps our haulers do their job nor the customer have his or her expectations of us satisfied. Therefore the conclusion to bolster our service quality via price increase was the natural route.
After our first price increase, which took place on July 3rd, there was an immediate noticeable difference. Our customer base became less dependent on business margins, our haulers made more ISK-per-hour, an increase in interest from quality haulers was seen in our recruitment, the wait time for acceptance and delivery decreased substantially, expiration became moot, and overall customers started to once again be happy to have Push as their preferred courier (after a considerable amount of time where that wasn't the case). This newest price increase will restore the above stated and will naturally remove the lag in our services.
We are therefore happy to say that Push Industries will push onward with our Premium Hauling Service model (outlined in our original post on this thread).
We do apologies though for the short notice at which this price hike has come. The mitigating circumstances demanded immediate action and therefore the notice is reflective of this. We hope you understand and will be able to adjust, as we adjust, accordingly.
Once again, for those that do not find us sustainable for their economic model we still recommend the previously recommended:
Red Frog Freight (RFF)
New Evolution Express (NEE)
The Haulers Channel (HC)

So at this point, after so many promises, and increases in your rates. Its only gettting worse.
At this point i count my blessings, if my contracts does not expire during the second 3 day period.
Thats right. The past couple of weeks you fail more contracts than you move for me, and even the second chance you get, with a note telling you that this is a relisted contract you already let expire once, you still take 2 days 23 hours to move it, if at all?
In your fancy queue system where i can track my stuff (which i admit is a nice feature) i can watch how my contracts sit there, sometimes for over a day without moving up at all.
If you, as a corp providing a service, truly have periods of over 24 hours with coverage so bad you cannot even keep up with the rush contracts, how should we expect you to actually perform the task we pay you an ever increasing amount of money for? |

I was once a huge fan of your Service. Having used it to bounce corp and personal assets all over EVE as we transitioned to different parts of the galaxy and even alliances. My corp heavily favored PUSHing our items even tho we have our own Dedicated Haulers and Alt haulers to move stuff around. Your service was always Prompt and packages moved swiftly.
Today's PushX is an entire different animal. The only reason I am posting is because I am tired of my corp and I watching contracts get bounced, or even our friends contracts get bounced. We have even had Rush jobs missed. As of right now my Push Contract Expires in 3 hours.. another Rush job.. something any basic Indy could have moved by now. It has shifted from 9th to 5th in 20 hours. You currently for the last few hours have had a Queue of 92, 86 normal, 9 rush, I'm in 5th with a package less than 10k. You have no packages being moved per your website.

I move a tremendous amount of goods back and forth between 0.0 and the trade hubs and utilized Black Frog for some time before PushX came about and completely re-wrote what my expectations were in a hauling corp. I could get my stuff moved faster and cheaper than I ever could with the Frog. Moving my business from Frog to PushX was an easy decision and thats what I did, PushX made that decision easy because they showed me what I was missing in my then current provider.
Today I have begun to look elsewhere for a new provider that can stand in the shadow that the former PushX created, and PushX has again made this decision easy. The loss of faith in the reliability in the PushX system is complete as I have now had to re-issue multiple courier contracts over the last 2 weeks. The origination of the contracts, size or speed requested has not mattered in the slightest. My rush orders from Jita have expired, my slow loads from 0.0 have expired, multiple inquiries over multiple days in the PushX chat channel have gone ignored. In short from my (the customer) point of view PushX has ceased to exist as an ongoing entity and cannot be trusted with my hauling needs.

I do not know what is going on with PushX but they can no longer provide the services they promise. Even rush contracts just expire and no compensation is offered.
If I had to guess they are severly understaffed and are cherrypicking good contracts and letting the rest expire.
Used to recommend, not anymore though. |

There is no reason to use push over red frog, NEE, or even just making a public contract in the haulers channel.

As a long time PushX customer I am disappointed by the quality of service these days.
Their price is no longer the lowest among competitors, yet my contracts keep expiring, and even if they are completed it is generally at the last minute of the last hour of the contract expiration time. Meanwhile some competitors that I have tried are able to complete a 3 day contract even in the first day, usually for the less price.
Especially due to the contract expirations with no compensation I will no longer use PushX.

It looks like something woke up in the PushX Universe. Today they have been rocking and rolling on moving Contracts and my large contract was moved Same day which I have not had done in a LONG time. Hopefully this new PushX is here to stay(again..) For a while I was to pissed to use the service from the prior contracts that were not being completed for my corp or my accounts. Today I decided to give them a try again and they have put hope back in me once more.

Had 2 separate contracts fulfilled in a timely manner. Both of them to NPC Null. Both under 24hrs after posting, one of them was completed in less than 6. No problems, quicker than I thought it would be. A+ service. Will use again. |

Had to pull several of my contracts in the last hour of the contract expiry.
Website showd "zero" contracts in progress for hours at a time, so nobody "on the job".
Sure, there's "Real LIfe Comes First"... but this is more like "Can't Be Arsed".
You guys raised your rates and the work ethic went right out the shithouse door.
Seriously, slash your rates or turn off the lights and close the door, if this is what you call "service".

I'm not going to waste my time making any more test contracts to PushX.

Another contract listed... and another EXPIRY without so much as a "We're Sorry To Have Missed You" evemail from the folks at PUSHX.
This service is occasional at best and unreliable, and definitely not worth the ISK in either service or the time wasted waiting for the contracts to be fullfilled.
People should look to the "Haulers" channel and Red Frog. |

No PUSHX is not dead yet. There are several members acitively taking contracts.
Do to increased ganking activities, freighter size loads especially high collateral ones will take more time to complete. I would suggest putting 7 day expirations or splitting it into smaller loads. Especially if they go through Niarja or Uedema.
JF contracts and contracts under 10K have a high acceptance and completion rate.

I like to travel light and PVP. With PUSH, I don't have to get bogged down with alts, or worry about losing a day moving assets when leadership deploys us to a new theatre. I let PUSH worry about the logistics, so I can keep focused on whats important. Keeping my cup filled with the tears of the vanquished.

I am very satisfied with PushX's service. It was cheap, quick and straightforward. There website provided me all the info i needed to quickly send a contract. First I went to red frog freight. They wanted 100m for 55k m3, and it was expected to take a couple of days. PushX only asked 42m for rush service which took less than a day. I recommend them, and will probably use them in the future.

After i moved a 1000+ contratcs it looks like PushX is not what it was it canot longer deliver contract on time and for me thats a pain. So i moved on and joined the corp formed by the old Push Leadership from the times everything was good.
I can only hope that everyone that liked my hauling comes visit me in the corp public channel..
I wish PUSH a great future and i hope for the best..

After i moved a 1000+ contratcs it looks like PushX is not what it was it canot longer deliver contract on time and for me thats a pain. So i moved on and joined the corp formed by the old Push Leadership from the times everything was good.
I can only hope that everyone that liked my hauling comes visit me in the corp public channel..
I wish PUSH a great future and i hope for the best..

Denied one contract. The PUSH website will quote different rewards depending on collateral but I was contacted by the CEO and told that my contracts were "overcollaterized." I will be using Red Frog from now on. Found out their rates are better anyway. Shame on me for trying a different service. |

NEW CEO

HIGH SEC FREIGHTER CHANGES

As the environment of a business landscape changes a company must learn to adapt to the changes or perish. To continue to offer the best service we can and protect our haulers I am implementing the following changes to our High Sec Freighter (Large and X-Large) contracts.
High Sec Large and X-Large contracts with collateral over 1.5 billion will be taken by Jump Freighters rather than through the dangerous routes of High Sec. This
means any freighter sized contract over 1.5 billion must fit within our Jump Freighter Limits (337,500m3) and will be priced according to our Jump Freighter prices http://www.pushx.net/rates.php .
As a result, freighter sized contracts for High Sec worth 1.5 billion in collateral or less will be more affordable and we encourage our customers to break up their contracts into smaller, lower collateral contracts worth 1.5 billion or less.
Containers will no longer be allowed for freighter sized contract.
These are the precautions we must take to continue to deliver quality service in the current hauling environment with the increase in ganking and ganking techniques in High Sec.
To be clear, contracts that fit into a Blockade Runner (11,500m3) or a Deep Space Transport (62,500) will continue to have a max collateral of 5 billion.
NEW MEDIUM SIZE SERVICE

A new service size will be introduced called Medium. Medium sized contracts are between 60,000m3 an 62,500m3. This is in correspondence of our High Sec Freighter changes to give customers more options for affordable service. Below are the pricing details:

QUICK EXPLANATION

We are having a price reduction across the board and the collateral limit for High Collateral Freighter contracts is being raised to 2 billion. Prices had been driven up during a time when hauling had become difficult but now it is time to re-adjust those prices for our customers.
I would like to clear up some confusion about our new High Sec Freighter changes and explain the new system. This only applies to freighter contracts. Highsec X-SMALL, SMALL, MEDIUM still accept up to 5bil contracts.
Moving high collateral (over 2bil) contracts in a freighter has become very difficult. Freighter pilots did not want to take the 3b, 4b, 5b contracts because there is a high chance they would be ganked even with scouts and webs. Unfortunately the mechanics are in the gankers favor. To solve this, I was asking customers. for example, to break their 3b contracts into three separate 1b contracts so they would be safer to move. This does not cost any more ISK. One 3b contract was the same price as three 1b contracts and 99% of customers had no problem with this and understand completely.
Gone are the days of throwing everything in your station in a freighter and moving it across the universe. Gankers have eyes everywhere and have the resources and mechanics to take a freighter if they want. These are the consequences of living in a pirate-controlled universe, fun as it may be.
So now, all we ask for you to do is to break your contracts into contracts worth 2b or less and you won't be paying anymore than before.
For our customers that absolutely can not break up their contract into lower collaterals, we have an option for you but itmust be moved jump freighters which cost more. This is the unfortunate cost of moving high value items across dangerous lands. It takes more time, planning, resources, equipment, and help to make it across safely. The same principles would apply in any real world situation as they apply here.
In summary, if you break up your freighter contracts into values that are safe to move across high sec you won't be paying anymore than you were before and now less because of the price reduction.

PushX has delivered many contracts for me, and I am very pleased. Very friendly group of people and they have great rates! I have seen price differences of up to 90mill in null sec contracts compared to an earlier mentioned corp. Secondly they are very fast, in high sec, I have never waited more than one day on standard deliveries.
For those in production, remember time is money and if you don't want to train for transportation, using this service will save you money.
Long story short, I really enjoy what PushX supplies and will continue to use their services. |

Prices arent that bad, but they are still little bit bigger than average on public couriers.
I have moved multiple contracts recently and it has took ages for them to be delivered.
Around 48+ hours.

So after 6 succesfull contracts done by the CEO herself, i'm very much overdue for a feedback reply.

Having used PushX in the past and having several failed contracts I gave up on them and used other groups. After PushX announced new prices and management I decided to give them a shot.
They have delivered all of my rush packages quickly and my normal packages on time. They are also cheaper than Red Frog when shipping something smaller than a full size freighter. I am even going to look into their JF services soon.

So I posted a rush order from Lirsautton to Jita, the contract was picked up instantly and it was trucked up there in just over an hour.
What was nice was I'd boneheadedly neglected to assign a collateral value to my first attempt to contract and promptly got a mail informing me it'd been rejected so that I could fix the contract to include collateral for my own protection. That was def pretty cool of them.

These PushX guys are pretty great. I was in a pinch and needed 100k m3 jumped to an NPC station in Syndicate overnight and these guys def came through. Rush service to NPC null comes with a premium but given how quickly they got it there it was definitely worth it.

PushX has some great changes coming up. We are expanding some services at no extra cost. Plus, we have made improvements to our tech to provide the best possible price for PushX customers.
The following changes will go live at downtime on Friday June 16, 2016.
- X-Small Service (BR) is increasing the volume limit to 12,500 m3 at no extra charge.
- High Sec Jump Freight (for moving high value contents) is increasing the maximum collateral to 10b.
- Our quote tool will no longer calculate a rate higher than JF services for our BR and DST services. See below for further explanation.
Our quote tool will now cap the reward on X-Small, Small, and Medium (BR and DST sizes) contracts to the price equivalent of the JF service of that same route if the gate-jump price goes above the JF price. Our BR and DST services are charged per gate jump and if the gate jumps are in a low sec system or the collateral on the contract is high, the rate for those jumps are higher. This formula could sometimes lead to a BR or DST contract showing a higher required reward than what it would cost to move a JF contract on the same route, because JF contracts use a different formula. With our new improvements, any BR or DST contract will never have a reward more than a JF contract for the same route.
Our improved calculator will now show you the best possible price for your route that our services offer.

I usually pop into HS via a wormhole, dump some loot, and then jump out. I don't want to risk gatecamps so I figured out that I can have more fun and make more ISK if I find someone to help me move stuff around HS. I've been using Push for a while now to haul stuff around HS and from HS to Thera. I picked them because they're high-profile and established, but still reasonably priced. Push is fast and reliable, and the communication is excellent. I highly recommend.

Greetings, capsuleers of New Eden!
I am the Jump Freight Director of PushX here to discuss how we as a corp are planning to deal with the coming implementation of contracts for citadels.
In considering how we as a hauling corporation wish to approach the issue in terms of safety for both the customer and the hauler, while ensuring the ability to serve the greatest variety of customers living in sov nullsec, weGÇÖve decided to do things a bit differently than historical freight agreements.
Considering the issues of docking rights of outposts and out of corp haulers, combined with wanting to have a uniform policy for dealing with all nullsec groups, PushX will put up a local citadel in systems with cooperation of the local sov-holding entities. JF contracts in sov null will be to or from PushX citadels, and with the obvious exception of PushX and our own hauling alts, the sov-holder will be given free rein to set docking rights, service access, etc. as they see fit. Furthermore, PushX will fit any supplied modules & rigs to the citadel and grant rights to control their use; not only will this citadel be a convenient logistics stop, but it can serve any other normal functions desired.
You may be wondering why weGÇÖd go to the expense and effort of setting up our own citadel network rather than simply arrange blue standings in stations, as other organizations do. In addition to the aforementioned security concerns, weGÇÖre preparing for a post-outpost galaxy. Keeping track of which of our customerGÇÖs outposts are at accessible in the long run could interfere with the dependability of our service. Instead, PushX aims to maintain neutrality and control the delivery endpoints ourselves. Our customers know their goods canGÇÖt be trapped in a citadel because of the asset safety system, and we know that our JF pilots will have a safe home regardless of the current political situation.
What does this mean for a nullsec entity interested in having PushX expand service to your region, bringing our trademark fast service and lower prices. Simply decide which system(s) youGÇÖd like us to service and get in touch with us, and weGÇÖll work out an agreement from there. Below is the pricing of this new service.
COST
One-Time Citadel Installation Fee: Half the current Jita price of Astrahaus citadel
One-Time Modules Fee: Price of modules requested. (Optional)
Contract fee: NPC Null price + a SOV fee of 25m.
Any fuel for requested modules will be the responsibility of customer.
To begin arrangements to have a PushX Citadel placed in your system, please contact Callette Solovy in game and join our public channel, PushX.

High Sec Jump Freight Collateral Increase
The max allowed collateral for our High Sec Jump Freight service is increasing to 20b to match our other JF services. It was originally capped at 10 billion so now HS JF service will be able to use double the collateral.
HTTPS Security
All of PushX's services and websites are now secured over HTTPS connections.
PushX API
PushX now offers an API to get prices for PushX contracts, https://api.pushx.net/. The API returns more than a price but all of the information given by the quoter.
The rate limit works on a token bucket type system. Each client has 100 calls to the API that can be made with a regeneration time of 1 token every 6 seconds. This means a depleted bucket has a full refill time of 10 minutes. Full details can be seen at the API website.

have used them for several moves including a low->high trip and i have encountered nothing but profesionalism and they are cheeper and more professional than other more well known hauling services because you get a nice polite mail notifying you that the contract has been completed and they are friendly and professional

This is a good business. I received better service from PushX than I do from RL couriers. In their in-game channel my question was promptly answered by two helpful people who advised me break up my shipment to reduce the cost. One of my packages was sent Rush and it got there quickly indeed. They even have an innovative plan to install citadels in sov nullsec in preparation for the day that outposts are removed. Will recommend every time. |

After getting back to trading after a break, I was delighted to see Push Industries still operating. They were always my go to corporation of choice for hauling.
I had two full jump freighter contracts for them at maximum collateral, so I was expecting a day or two at least until delivery. Nope. Both were successfully delivered less than 11 hours from issue time of the contracts.
I am still very happy with their service and have no problems promoting their (excellent) pilots.

A service that delivers on their promises with professionalism and a sense of urgency. I love the tracking tool (I'm one of those types who watch tracking numbers obsessively when I have a package in the post), and the granularity of the quote tool is much more friendly than others.
Not to mention it seems their base price for an NPC null jump is HALF that of 'the leading brand', and saved me over 100m w/o sacrificing quality or time.

Hey everyone! PushX employee here.
I've played EVE since 2006 on my main and I accumulated a few JF alts and some cynos, but I never really used it to move freight beyond doing alliance logistics. A little over three months ago, I went looking for a space-job, and I found one with PushX.
Every day I am glad I made this decision instead of joining one of our competitors.
Why's that, Ansza? You're probably wondering, and of course I am going to tell you because it's the whole reason I am posting this, like duh ok!
1. Our service is supremely customizable.
Certain other hauling companies only let their haulers use freighters to move even small m3 packages. This, imho, is more dangerous for the hauler, the customer's freight, and also adds a lot of unnecessary wait time for the customer. PushX offers X-Small, Small, and Medium contracts - which fit inside of Blockade Runners and Deep Space Transports.
CCP designed these ships specifically to move and haul freight safely, reliably, and quickly, and that's exactly how we use them.
Obviously it's great for the customer because the shipping cost are a lot less versus having to send an enormously slow, lumbering beast of a freighter to go get your 1 m3 item. It also lets us accept collateral of up to 5 billion ISK, whereas the competition still has that annoying 1 billion ISK limit.
How do those guys even move an Astrahus for a customer? It's 1.2 bil collateral so does it have to go into their JF service for 150+ mil? For me it's really easy! I undock in a prowler and I get that stuff done, lickety split, and it costs a few mil to do it. Can't touch this!
Plus at over 18 au/s, my blockade runner is gonna get there faster than anybobody else, every time.
2. Our internal software is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. hnnnnnnnnnng.
I cannot emphasize this enough. Cassie and the IT team are amazing. If the tools were sub-par, I would complain or I would bug them with suggestions. People who know me in-game know that I am a bit of a nag when things aren't quite right.
Our customers can track their packages and view their freight history on our website, which is great for them.
Internally, our software cleanly displays the queue to us, highlights erroneous contracts, allows me to route all of my haulers around easy peesy, and was 100% ready for the CREST-only out-of-game browser once the in-game browser was removed. I still see those other guys complaining that their "team" hasn't updated their tool yet.
Dotlan goes down and I need a route for my JFs? DONE. The destination system has an incursion so I shouldn't accept the contract? Gotcha covered, m8! You just undocked 5 DST alts and you want to set destination on all of them with two mouse clicks? Yeah, we got that, too.
Hauling has never been easier.
3. Citadels and you
PushX is the first and only courier service to offer delivery and pickup to a range of market fortizars. This is hugely important as EVE moves into a world where citadels are the place each and every one of us docks every day, and I'm excited to be at the forefront of this movement.
Cassie also came up with the brilliant idea to use PushX citadels in player sov space for delivery and pickup service. It ensures the safety of our pilots and assets, and it bypasses all the need for pesky standings, alts in and out of corps, etc. It's easy for me and yeah, apparently it works great for our customers, too. 
4. Our Jump Freighter service is better. Period. Full stop.
I'm a JF pilot at heart, though ofc I have freighters and BRs and DSTs, oh my! Our rates are cheaper and I am confident our service is faster, too.
Cheaper doesn't mean anything if it's not faster, and cheap and fast doesn't mean anything if it's not better. Our base JF service offers you 337,500 m3 of space, but we have a 360,000m3 service as well. You get more bang for less buck, and for an extra few mil might be able to save having to make two contracts. The other guys have a max 320,000 m3 rate. What is this, Jump Freighters... for ants?!?
We also offer straight-forward pricing on our RUSH JF service - RUSH is available on all our levels of service, but we're the only big name with RUSH JF service. I've had customers come to me after being told by the other guys they don't do rush, but being privately convo'd by those same guys with an outrageously expensive offer to rush their freight. That's called a scam, m8, ok?
This is basically a love letter to PushX. I am a 100% fully satisifed employee of PushX. In my three months of time here, I've moved over 2500 couriers, almost 5 trillion ISK of collateral, and over 360 million m3 of freight - all safely and succesfully. I've met a lot of happy customers, I've amazed people with 10 minute rush JF service, and I've laughed and cried on our company TS with my co-workers during a mass JF train to Stain and back again.
It's been great times and I'm looking forward to each and every one of our next contracts. Thank you Cassie for being an awesome CEO and thank you to every one of our customers!

Burn Jita 2017 has begun. Delays in service over this weekend are expected.
What is Burn Jita?
Burn Jita is a semi-annual attack on the trade system Jita by pirates. It is a player driven event where players kill as many freighters and ships in Jita as possible to cause a disruption in the normal market activity.
What can I do with my contracts to PushX?
Contracts to PushX can be assigned with a longer "Time to Accept". Set contracts with a 7 day Time to Accept to allow contracts to be able to make it over the Burn Jita event.

With these DST rate increases, I have no reason to use Push X anymore.
I used to move billions of ISK worth of stuff with you guys a week for packages I could afford to wait on since Red Frog doesn't offer lower rates for packages that can fit in a DST.
That being said, I can't see a reason to freight anything through Push X anymore because you have closed the gap in pricing between DST ~60k m3 and freighter ~300k m3 contracts, making it a no brainer to pay a couple extra million per contract for Red Frog to take the same contract and deliver them much quicker than Push.
I hope you guys eventually revisit your new DST pricing, but for now, I'll use Red Frog since Push doesn't offer a compelling enough DST service. |

I'm sorry to hear you feel that way. However, our DST/BR service still offers a competitive edge in choices for our customers. At PushX you can:
- Use up to 5b collateral with DST
- Ship small packages to low sec without paying JF prices
- Ship smaller, high value cargo without paying JF prices
- Save ISK per warp for small packages.
I believe if you compare our prices, you'll see you still have a significant saving using the PushX DST service.
Jita->Zinkon - 60,000m3 - 1b collateral
Red Frog: 33.5m
PushX: 25.2m
That's 8.3m in savings!

I believe you are confusing the Small sevice (0 - 60,000m3) with the Medium Service. You posted the price for the Medium service which is a small range of 60,000 - 62,000 (Transport Ship V). However, all of your contracts have been below that so the price for your contracts would be 21.6m, That's a difference of 7.4m per contract versus the competitor! It seems most of your contracts were delivered within about 12 hours. I contract to you and Red Frog with several alts and alt corps, which your screenshot indicates; I'm not confused about anything.
Like I said before, my issue isn't so much is the delivery time, but rather the diminished value of your DST rates. Waiting an extra day or so for Push to deliver the same contract Red Frog would was worth saving 11m per contract in those cases. However, that margin was cut by two thirds.
I may very well use Push for BR packages, but I don't ship those often. I really hope you guys revisit your DST fee rates, the old pricing really set you apart from Red Frog.

Hi Atilla. Not sure what happened but your contract was deleted before it was at the top of our queue and able to be moved. Your contract was deleted when it was 18 hours old.
At Push, you contract goes into a queue of contracts and we work our way from oldest to newest contracts. Sometimes a contract can be picked up along the way to another contract and it can be moved before it's at the top of the queue. This allows us to use our freighters more efficiently.
You can view your contracts' place in line at our customer website https://my.pushx.net . You can also see any issues with your contract but we'll mail you if there is an issue.
Some people think that when a contract is submitted to Push that it should get accepted right away. That is not how the hauling system work. Contracts are only accepted when a hauler is getting ready to move them. Since haulers have to put up collateral to accept a contract and contracts have a certain delivery time, contracts are only accepted when they are ready to move. That is standard behavior in New Eden.
Also, as previously mentioned, we do have a rush service that puts your contract at the top of the queue. If you need your items quickly you can use the Rush price to rush your contract.

I posted 2 courier contracts around 2AM. When I checked the status on them at 6AM, one had been delivered. The other was delivered by around 9AM.
They delivered them before I could even jump-clone back and reach the destination myself.

Heard about your service only a few days ago. (Surprising after I have played EVE this long)
Made the contract wrong and it was rejected (didn't put any collateral), which was astonishing for someone to be looking out for the experience and safety of the users.
After the contract was made, for a regular haul; 12h later it has been delivered 10 jumps and happy with the service.

Depending on situation, we
- reject the contract (0 collat) or
- deliver and contract the package back for (collateral+price difference) in the destination, we fail the courrier after client accepts
- contract back for (collateral+price difference) in original station, we fail the courrier after client accepts
- If you switch collateral and contract price, we usually deliver the package and reimburse the difference. If the contract is considered dangerous (like hot nullsec system, or X-Large freight through niarja), we will contract it back in original station to make sure you have correct collateral reimbursed in case the shipment goes wrong.
In all cases, you can be sure that you get the service you ordered OR your goods/isk back. This alone is a reason to chose PushX over public freight :) |

Very speedy delivery, would recommend. Within an hour of putting up the contract to move my Dominix out to Minmatar space, it was done. Unfortunately, I forgot to put the ship in the contract, so I essentially, paid rush service for 60,000 m3 to carry nothing but modules. But... they are fast! So I made another contract with PushX, this time with the ship. Well played. |
