I would like to ask, if anyone knows which path allows creation of new char with Electronics 5?
The other skills dont really matter, but this one is.
if its not possible, what would be the shortest path to that skill? including new char creation paths, and attributes to train it the fastest possible.

Why not just experiment with it? The new system is quite flexible about going back and making changes to see what the result is.

Well its pretty hard to remember every option I choose in path, and then compare it to anotehr one

I've got Electronics 4 with:
Caldari (Achura) > Inventors > Millitary > Soldier
Putting 3 in Int and 2 in Mem gives you 15 Int and 8 Mem, then training Electronics 5 will take about 7 days right off the bat.
If anyone's got Electronics 5 please enlighten us.

After more experimentation, it's also possible to get Electronics 4 via (Caldari) Industry > Prospector. None of the other paths can get 4+. So you'll have to work for those cyno alts.
