At least mine wasn't.
No invention slots,
alliance members still can't get copies out of the Moblie labs,
when i refuel the CT, the amounts still don't update till i warp off them back in again,
and i can't make my POS labs public.
So 100% failure from my point of view. To be fair everything else in Revelations has worked 100% correct from go with little lag (so far). I am now awaiting Kali2 for my POS lab to be fixed

Things even got worse: i own over 20 mobile lab slots in 3 diffrent systems in one region, and now i use the "region " filter to show aviable lab slots, i don`t see which system they are in anymore, only the jump range from my positions. The problem is now that i don`t know to choose which lab, cause accidently all labs are 4 jumps away from my headquarter. Other bug is that if i manage my assemblylines now so alliance members are allowed to use it, (i check the box "allow alliance member usage") that line gets restricted. If an Alliancemember now tries to install a job there, he gets an odd message that that item don`t belong to his corp. Only if you uncheck all boxes, so it gets aviable to public (well, in general, public can`t use them anyway), that lab slot line is useable by alliance members again. (havent tried with diffrent corpmembers).
I really hope mobile labs get some love soon, especially cause it would finally help to get the me lab shortage under control.

Same problem, Alliance members cannot access the labs, remove copies or use any of the slots....... we even tried to make the slots public, and they still cannot access them.
Icesail - We seriously need Freighters to be able to dock to POSs - even if it is to a special building -

I had a strange issue appear yesterday as well. when I check the corp jobs, I see ongoing jobs in all three ME slots in the lab. When I go to the installation tab and check that installation specifically, it only shows one ME slot and the others are non-existent.
Finally, before I read the patch notes I had put 20 fighters in the oven and I was hoping the patch would be able to adjust for the new time, but I guess that couldn't be done

The other bug I'm seeing is if I have a mobile lab anchored but not onlined the slots still show up as usable when you filter for what lines are available.

You could always name your labs to reflect what system they are in.
Unfortunately the other problems aren't as easy to fix.

When you go to use the offlined lab slots you will get rejected. Any owner not paying enough attention to not know which lab is up or down doesn't rightfully deserve to be an owner.

How many invention slots does a mobile lab have? I took mine down before patch deployment.

5 Slots, had to unanchor repackage and anchor to see them.

This can be right ! Do we then have to spend many-many hours taking all my 13 labs down ?
Surely a GM/Dev must be able to do something, as i have about 7 of my labs that wont unanchor due to the ally-copy bug.

Well here is another fun bug for you guys. If you place an item into research at your mobile lab and then happen to cancel that job, then the slot doesn't free back up it keep running till the end of the cycle. So be careful about placing your research in and making mistakes.

not a bug, it even tells you that the slot won't free up when you cancel a job. Only way to free the slot up straight away is to unanchor and re-anchor the whole lab.

check your filters when you're viewing installations. If you checked any of the boxes (like restrict to alliance members etc) the slot won't show up with the default filter settings.
