I don't mind, but if capital it must have fighter to 5, both jump drive skills to 5 also, carrier to 5 and dread to 4. I want a multi race character however I can consider single if its a really good toon. any toon asking for 32b or more. I am not interested in. post eve board and price

I am not interested in. post eve board and price Let me know if any of these interest you. http://eveboard.com/pilot/Sebastian_Akrides This is a mission runner char but it has the skills to PVP as well, if you want to go minmatar/Amarr PVP all you need to do is train up t2 medium gun skills, and you are functional. I mainly have the cruiser V skills in those for logi work and its also a decent tengu pilot. Can combat probe as well. Also comes with a set of +5s for fast training. My starting bid on this guy is 20b my b/o is 25b http://eveboard.com/pilot/Cyrus_Ildemar This is a perfect dreadnought character with JDC 5. Its not a carrier pilot so thats not what you are looking for but its specced pure caldari PVP. Comes with its own dread if you'd like it. Staring bid on this guy is 15b b/o 20b.
