Same here.
Seems that maybe ccp shouldn't route all us noobs to Jita when doing a subscription push. /shrug.

Unfortunately, I have a char based in Jita and the same message appears.
However I have an alt in Urlen and although I don't get the 'loading' message, it still fails to enter the game, so it's not just you, the servers are effectively down.

You decided to live in Jita on patch day?
Well, you could go surfing on the Niagra Falls while you wait for it to come up 
Between corps atm, the NPC one is strictly a temporary thing.

Whenever I go to Jita I feel like cleaning out my cache. It's a horrible place.
They should have a happy hour in Jita where once a day, randomly, for a whole hour, the system changes to 0.0 and all the gates and stations lock you out

You should have left Jita four days ago...I mean what the heck is there in jita that is not in Tash Prime? Or any of the other major regions?

no need to be there - if you can reach jita in no time from allmost every point in empire and you can buy all stuff money can buy. why shouldn't they be there??
