Quote: I keep getting an error saying, "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk2\DR3".
Found out the issue with this was my BIOS settings were set to "TURBO" fot my KT333 Dragon Plus Motherboard. When set back to "Normal" or "Fast", the new patch seems to work ok. IF you are over clocking your board and having issues, try taking it down a notch or two and just see if that helps eleviate the problem.

Well I have the same problem, for me it's DR4, but all in all the same problem.
My PC is overclocked and although I can run burn in wizard / benchmark without any crash on it I tried your trick... No result I still get the same weird error message.
I'll make sure my drivers are up to date and will continue to check the forum. I know there is a similar thread in the patch part of the forum. I also of course submitted a bug report. Let's hope I can get back into the game before my skill learning is done...

Edited by: Chloe Alderan on 23/11/2003 07:48:32 I run a RAID 0 array yes. ITE IT8212 controller. I am worried myself, I haven't seen any aknowledgement from the EVE team either, I hope this is corrected before the patch becomes mandatory...
