Somehow, I felt like he really was working for the wrong (right) side here, as if, deep inside, he was one of us: raised on the image boards, taught never to cease, never to desist and that a permaban in the service of Sparta was the greatest honour one could ever achieve in life...

Just kidding man, good luck with the new position. Ezwal, if you're out there reading this, enjoy your freedom and chillax awhile. I may have disagreed with some of the things you did on the forum mod "professional" level, but on the personal level, you're a decent enough person.
It isn't really hard, but I think there are customers that you can lose in a good way and there's customers that you can lose in a bad way. If people come in and fundamentally don't like EVE Online, then I think that might be a good way of losing customers. . -á--CCP Soundwave
