Hello FC's,
Posting this after some crappy news from my friends about some recent corp thefts that weren't reported. This **** heel stole everything from the new pilot hangar and other bits and pieces.
If you get an app or interest in joining from either Anyanka Funk or Halfrek Foley , I suggest auto reject.

Well we could start by analysing the full API keys of the corps in question. Screenshots will obviously be photoshops so we don't need that.

Anyanka Funk and Halfrek Foley have both had their citizenship to Origin revoked on the following charges:
Grand Larceny
Destruction of Public Property
Public Endangerment
Terrorism
Murder
Piracy
They were pronounced guilty in absentia by the Judicial Convention, they have been expelled from Origin and if they attempt to return will be presumed hostile and shot on sight, as established in the roles of engagement by the Exodus Charter
On July 2nd, Anyanka Funk and Halfrek Foley stole a quantity of weapons, gear, industrial resources, and blueprints valued at 5-10 billion isk. Actual value of the total loss is unknown but is at least 5 billion. They then emptied the corporate database of navigational bookmarks and wiped the communications system before leaving Origin and exiting the corporation. A screenshot itself may not prove anything, but it will lend credibility to one version of events over another. Having visible evidence that a party was in a certain place at a certain time can make or break a case.

After reviewing the evidence at hand (chuckles) I will now start case 00009 Anslo vs Anyanka Funk and Halfrek Foley. At this time please provide all evidence of the crime/s and file any claims for compensation from the various parties. The Court will as usual mail all parties involved in case they are unaware they have been included and we shall get to the bottom of who... wait what is this about again? Oh yah who stole the bits and pieces...

The Origin judicial system has already found them guilty without trial, which is in violation of their own laws. Signal Cartel has reportedly found them in violation of unknown policy.

Actually the court of C&P's area of jurisdiction does include wormhole space. Please see Case 00008 Lilith Folkvardr vs De'Nab, and multiple other previous cases for reference. As for your other points of contention, we usually hold the trial, and these points will be appropriately considered. There seems to be some circumstantial evidence and character testimony which is usually more than we have to go on, but this may very well get tossed out for lack of evidence.

I would hear from the accused their own version of these events. Bare in mind it must have at least as much or more evidence then the accusers case. In this case I think more would simply need to be you heard from someone that somebody else knows...
