imo overpriced . look at dread guristas fields and theyr price .. only +-3% difference .

Just depends how much someone wants that extra 3% and to use officer modules I guess. These are fairly cheap compared to previous sales i've seen. I'm in no rush, so items will stay up until they sell.
I'll also except a 2bil buyout if someone buys both items.
